Met Alan Oppenheimer at a convention years ago, and he was the nicest guy. I'll never forget that kind of graciousness from him and it made me an even BIGGER fan! Thank you, Mr. Oppenheimer! 🙂

"why is it always nice guys make good villains" They get to work out their aggression at work. That's my part-theory. I dunno. A bunch of the villains were not such good-looking people in real life but a lot of it is their attitude and upbringing. There have been a lot of decent human beings who played monsters in movies. You hardly hear about any of those guys being HORRIBLE human beings in real life and you KNOW people would tell if they were lousy to a bunch of people. **** **** My theory about using up negative and pent-up energy also applies to kids. No recess, no gym, and no extracurriculars (band, choir, sports) means Bobby and Suzy are brats when they come home. You need to work out all that aggressive energy. A lot of the guys who play "heroes" on screens are assholes but not all of them. There have been people aware of the impact of their onscreen persona who tried to be decent people and engage the fans well in real life. That's why we remember Christopher Reeve and Lynda Carter so well as Superman and Wonder Woman. Likewise, Adam West as Batman.
@Zombies Won't Eat Joe Biden's Brain It's cute how you implicitly admit Biden isn't objectionable by how you have to invent shadowy unspecified oTHeRs to attack instead.

Alan Oppenheimer has had a long and storied career that runs the full gamut. Sit-coms, Dramas, aw shows, Cop Shows, Sci-Fi (Star Trek included), Voice Overs. He's always working. :-)
It's so great when voice actors get a character designed to chew up the scenery, and they like playing it. Pine of the most recognisable voices on the planet!

Brooks. He was in the 2 movies of the 1980s when the Six Million Dollar Man and Bionic Woman aeries ended. The movies were "Return of the Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman" and "Bionic Ever After". Martin E Brooks is deceased, as well as Richard Anderson.
