    I remember both of those accidents. As a result, many schools stopped teaching spin recovery.

      Dude. Sweet name! 🖖 Every flight instructor in the world has their theories on teaching spin recovery. And there's always a cost/benefit argument to be had. Thanks for the comment!

    So this AD is ONLY for the 150/152, not 172? Thanks for the video.

      @superpilotish  Год назад +4

      Yep. Just the 150/152. Also, I was talking to an airplane mechanic yesterday and this AD might only be for Canadian planes. The mechanic said the USA issued a "Service Bulletin" which is not the same. For Canada you must do this to be airworthy, for the USA, I'm not so sure. 172? No problem. Spin 'em as much as you want! (of course you'll be in the Utility Category for the weight and balance- no bowling balls in the baggage compartment😁)

    Speaking of stops: are you going to stop drill that crack in the bottom rudder cap?

      Yeah! That's wild. I'm starting to think that people might actually want to see airplanes or something. Thanks for the comment!😁
