Where did they dig this guy up? Israel is NOT conducting this according to international law. International law does not allow for the indiscriminate firing of munitions... International law requires the humane treatment of non-combatants. Where does international law permit the desecration of human remains? The ICC prosecutors have requirements they need to meet before they can get a warrant. They don't do stuff like this on a whim.

How could ICC issue arrest warrant to a Sovereign state who are defending themselves from the terrorists. It was a hamas who attacked Israel. Why was there no arrest warrant for the whole Israeli parliament and military leaders? The warrants for the Hamas leaders for taking hostages when they have the right to armed resistance against an occupying force, yet no mention of the 10,000 Palestinian hostages taken by Israel. Even this much belated request for warrants appears biased when the Palestinians are facing a declared intent to exterminate them all. If you resist genocide you are also declared guilty the ICC is biased no mention of continuous settler murder backed by the Israel military and parliament.

He also doesn't seem to know of the amount of documentation from aid agencies and human rights monitors about how hollow these humanitarian "warnings" often turn out to be. Group after group has dealt with Israel's less-than-stellar adherence to de-confliction protocols. Not to mention the "safe zones" to which refugees were directed pre-Rafah that Israel would subsequently bomb. There were already 200+ documented cases by January.
