I would kill just to hear his never released symphony.
Greatest Violin Concerto ever written and one of the most emotional and grieving Masterpieces ever conceived. John Williams at its finest.
Woooo. That's a stretch, there are MANY great violin concertos and many JW music that surpass this piece IMO.
Hold up, there, brother mine! I dared people not to call my concerto the best one... This one is certainly a good one...
It's nice but nowhere near the best one.
Tellement d'émotions avec ce concerto ,magnifique.
Love it!
Cecilia:
Excellent and beautiful violin concerto is a masterpiece.
Thank you John William.
I think i hear a reference to prokofiev's first violin concerto. 22:57 reminds me of the entrance of the solo violin in the third movement of prokofiev's.
Timestamps btw:
2nd mov. 11:03
3rd mov 20:49
Bravo

Is this no. 1 or 2?
This one is his first Violin Concerto. Made back in the early 70's, it was finished right after the tragical passing of her wife. One can really tell that just by feeling the astronomically complex and gorgeous emotion this has. Particularly grief. This is the whole meaning of music: emotion. Without emotion, music has no reason to be. It becomes nothing but a meaningless withered void.
