I made it into a spragels video!? I was the Moltres/Centiskorch deck at the beginning. The sleep killed me in this one. It was a good, close match. An honor to play against you man, love the content!
Moltrex ex / centiskorch is INCREDIBLY underrated, just those 6 mons with the standard trainers, Giovanni being the most important allowing Centi to hit that 140 damage breakpoint which is exactly the HP alot of populair ex cards have (including moltres and articuno ex), it's the only deck i've been playing and i've been having amazing success with it
Maybe removing ability to attack on very first turn? It's a bit weird and feels unintended as Misty is the only card in the game that facilitates this. It's going to feel super-bad for casual players getting ftk'ed out of nowhere

At the midway section you asked for deck ideas. I have one. Venusaur ex and Venomoth! Venomoth does 30 damage for 1 grass energy and deals Poison! It's basically a grass type Weezing, with 1 retreat cost!
Idea to fix Misty: you choose to flip a coin. For every head, you get a water energy, but if you get a tails, you get no energy. So you have to gamble after the first or second heads

I think you solve half the Misty problem by disallowing attacks on turn 1, the other half by changing it to "flip two coins. for each heads, give one of your Pokemon a water energy" or something similar. Perhaps have her simply give one energy indiscriminately to a water Pokemon? Idk it's an awkward card with how brutal both Articuno EX and Starmie EX are when they're accelerated even by one turn
Honestly with how simplified the game is, the most fun decks are the ones with RNG like marowak's and this one: coinflip on misty, coinflip on sleep, dragonite RNG atk, RNG energy lol
Misty fix: Add (Water) to a (Water) pokémon, then toss one coin. On heads, add (Water) to that pokemon. There, fixed. It always gives one, has a chance to give 2.
I think ditto could be sweet in a colorless deck with pidgey and wigglytuff… I would run grass/water/dark/psychic only because the others have too many color requirements for their attacks. Something like this: 2 ditto 2 pidgey 2 pidgeotto 2pidgeot 2 farfetched 1 jigglypuff 1 wigglytuff 2 prof research 2 pokeball 1 Giovani 1 Sabrina 1 xspeed 1 potion
It’s not better. You have to rely on coin flips. Plus, simply having to put energy on moth means that it takes longer to power up Dragonite, which is already slow. You’re better off using 2 kangaskan and meowth.

I was just thinking of fixing Misty by limiting it to two energy, being able to theoretically get a bunch of energy turn one is too crazy.
That would mean it generates 0,75 energy on average, which is fair considering Brock gives 1 but has limited targets.
Yeah probably more fair
Maybe a burf would be better rather than just nerfing it, they could make you flip 2 coins or get one guaranteed water energy.

Not sure if you have done this one but there is a deck with Arbok/Pidgeot/Weezing that should provide full board control if online.
got my first Misty today, from a Wonder Pack no less. Saving up for my 5th Ten-pack open, gonna go Pika this time. Loving the Pocket content
Never change Misty people seems to forget she can also do nothing and waste your supporter play when you could’ve used research or Sabrina.

With the cards that currently I have, is the only proper deck which can actually play but the nrg hates me really hard xd.
