Thanks for the video! I made a summary for myself:
    1. Write bullet points, don't write in long texts
    2. Make sure you name the attachments properly
    3. Make sure people can reach you
    4. Make sure you send the meeting invite with all the necessary information included
    5. Send agenda before the meetings

    Takeaways:
    1. Use bullet points when writing emails
    2. Name all attachments and files appropriately
    3. Be available to others who reach out. If you are busy, tell them and follow up by suggesting another time
    4. Always include relevant information for meetings, including the exact address, time, and agenda. Send calendar invites yourself

Another thing I always do with my meeting invites is include a 2 minute notification in the invite. Helps everyone remember the meeting and gives them a moment to transition from whatever they were doing before the meeting.
I also like it for myself too, because I feel that if I'm hosting a meeting, I should be the first person to join the meeting.

Awesome. In a nutshell and not because Heinrich hasn't explained everything: Don't waste people's time.
For the emails: I also liked the other advice: "Walk, talk, write."

Additional point on the agendas: also get into the habit of providing a pre-read to meetings whenever possible. This can really aid with making sure that a meeting uses everybody’s time well and that ppl are on the same page

Is it a factor in remote working environment? How does it change in pandemic?
    Hygiene factor - Negligible
Long email - The email tends to get shorter, chat gets longer though
Attachment - Replaced by shared cloud folder drive URL
Be available - This one becomes more important in corona and post corona world
Calendar invite - This one too becomes more important in corona and post corona world
Agenda for meeting - No significant change

Please rate it as constructive criticism, thank you very much. By the way, I took your udemy course on "CEO Level Slides ...", which I can only recommend. As is so often the case, the little things make all the difference. Best regards
