Hello! I have Steve slate 5.5 version in Cubase 12 pro. I would like to ask which plugins (eq, compressors) are used for a better sound effect in bass snare and in general in the whole drum set for recording with a backing track? Thanks!

Hi Dom! I have an old computer with a screen resolution lower than FullHD, Can I reescale things to make it look smaller? Some menus are too big for that screen.
I have the same problem here
But I think there is no option of rescaling the size depending on the screen dimension. I have checked the size by changing the resolution of the display of my pc but it didn't work like that.

First I let the kick channel in Heartbeat from Softube have the soft klick sound and then send that to the FX channel with the Pultec chain on. But it was Tip nr 4 that made my day. It sounded a bit fatter than the Pultec Kick effect. But your tutorials is amazing in every way.

Tip #6 Use SpectralLayers to extract the drums in already mixed material and then you have a cleaner track to work on. Then add it back.

Having racks of analog gear and using stock plugins to enhance the sound. Looks very strange.
It sickens me that Steinberg would use this YT "influencer" instead of an actual audio professional to demonstrate their product. His kind preys on the uniformed as is nothing more than a salesman. Shame on Steinberg for not being able to tell the difference.
