I survived that once due to a shroom I ate (the game had the spores modifier), fought her and KO'ed her, and then ran to my base and won the game on 1 HP.
It's so upsetting that Alicianrone still doesn't have a game. Back before I knew 100% OJ's soundtrack consisted of royalty-free songs, as soon as I heard this song, I immediately searched for Alicianrone's source game because I thought, "I need to play whatever game this song came from immediately." It's crazy how well this song fits Alicianrone's design. The song is fast-paced and upbeat with a rural fantasy aesthetic. It makes me imagine Alicianrone sprinting through plains in a flow state slashing through hordes of enemies without ever slowing down. I want to play that game so badly.
I love that this theme uses the Dorian mode! The beginning makes you think the music will be in E minor but the way it just shifts to E dorian is just amazing
During the time I was playing an online match with someone being Alicianrone, I've pictured her as a childhood video game heroine. I was kinda curious about her own game somehow.
Getting an 18 on Full Speed Alicianrone is the same feeling as when you finally get a 7 using Lucky Sevens. Actually, can Lucky Seven be used with Full Speed, because if so that means you have the unlucky pleasure of rolling a 0 on arguably one of the best and most expensive hypers and that sounds fun and something I want to see.
“Arguably one of the best” Any hyper that has a random chance of being a dud cannot be considered one of the best. Especially not when it comes with a high star cost. Comparing Suguri’s hyper (roll two die for all actions for one turn) to three similar hypers (Sora, MilSora, Cook) and it easily loses out: Sora: guaranteed 6s for all rolls for one turn. Self-explanatory: 100% chance of 6 is better than a 10/36 chance of 5 or less. MilSora: guaranteed 5s for all rolls for one turn, can also be used as a battle card. A bit weaker than normal Sora, but makes up for it by being able to be used as a counterattack. Cook: roll two die for all actions except battle until you next land on your home panel, can only Norma on home panel. Even with the restrictions preventing you from normaing and disallowing the effect from battle, this is an insanely good card for board control and star generation and this is down to the fact that it lasts more than one turn (also, it works on revive rolls, so you don’t stay down for long). By comparison to the above, I’d actually place FSAlicianrone as being weaker than Suguri’s Accelerator. This is purely because it doesn’t give you three dice, it just multiplies the result of a single dice. The distinction is that rolling three dice gives you all possible values from 3 to 18, with a bell curve around 11, while only rolling one die and multiplying it by three only gives values of 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, or 18 at an even 1/6 apiece. This means that with three dice, although you are less likely to roll that coveted 18, you are also less likely to roll a garbage 3 and you are more likely to roll 11 - which is still a respectable roll. Oh, and you should be running lucky 7s with Alice, because it actually increases the chance of rolling 5+ over a standard die (3/8 or 37.5% instead of 2/6 or 33.3%).
@@LOZFFVII I think what makes Alice's Hyper good though is that it instantly applies the damage from the hit, which means that even if you get that 3 and overtake someone normally dangerous like a Sora or Hime, they are still less likely to engage you because they are forced to rely on Evasion rolls where they will be at a disadvantage since you still have a +1 atk which essentially counters their +1 evd. With (M)Sora hyper or Sugu hyper, you still have to rely on getting good rolls or your opponent(s) getting bad rolls. Accelerator only makes your average roll a 6. Like you might use Accelerator to try and escape a Nath but now you've rolled a 2, the Nath gets a 6, battles you and now you have to deal with a +6 Nath whose at full health. FSAlice garuntees the 3+ damage you'll deal and prevents situations where you roll so high you overtake the resident murder-hobo or have to fight them at low health, because unless they are right infront of you, chances are you'll have rolled high enough to either KO them, letting you flee before they get up, or damage them enough that challenging you is risky and thus leaves you free to run or fight a weakened Starbo or Tomomo or whoever, and with the average roll being a 3, thats a garunteed 9 damage upon contact, enough to kill anyone unless your game has a krila that is really lucky with her hyper. Plus FSAlice comes with the same threat level that Magical Inferno does, it can make people infront of you panic since they don't know if you'll pop a FSAlice or not, and if your the last player it might discourage use of cards like Party Time, or even adding them to the deck incase the Alice pulls them, since it essentially garuntees that someone will be hit. Yes it may not do anything, but it still carries an aspect of fear on those infront of you the same way Magical Inferno does for those on the same panel row/column as a Mio.
Also Cook's hyper has a huge issue, because Cook is so weak normally, you never really see a Cook challenge people, but if you pop her hyper on maps with very few alternate paths, there are easily very high chances that a Cook will roll and end up infront of murder hobo's like Starbo or Tomomo. And even with alternate paths, with enough rolls a Cook can overtake one or be forced into a losing battle, essentially just killing her. And additionally the extra star gain will make her more of a target to bullying or cards like Long Shot to weaken her even further so she can be star-farmed.
sham hyper doesn't "counter" her directly though because noone forces her to use her own hyper while affected by sham's, although it can definitely take away some opportunities from her, that's for sure.
When you roll that 18 and slap everyone out of existence.
And still lose the game because of wasted stars.

She does have one, actually, it's just still in development.

Sadly her game isn't out yet, as Orange Juice is makibg her game still
she really does feel like a character that stepped out of like the NES/Game Boy era, doesn't she
To this day, her game is still not out. Despite existing for several years....

The Barefoot Alicianrone ...................
No better feeling than rolling a 6 on a small board and nailing people who were standing behind you.
Feels better rolling a seven with a full health Marie Poppo in your sights.
