Hope you get the tummy issues sorted. I had similar and turned out I had a lactose intolerance so could be something food-wise your stomach doesn't deal well with.

@@PatrickStar_24 ah I see! I have round 65 miles planned for my highest week, I could probably do with some more mileage but I don't want to over do it, if I'm hitting just over 200 miles for February that would be great, most I've ever done in a month is 150

Fellow runner with digestive issues. You should try drinking your calories. On really bad weeks, gallons of juice and soda are better than nothing
