    Hope you get the tummy issues sorted. I had similar and turned out I had a lactose intolerance so could be something food-wise your stomach doesn't deal well with.

    Fellow runner with digestive issues. You should try drinking your calories. On really bad weeks, gallons of juice and soda are better than nothing

      Do you mean generally? My mileage has been pretty poor since August I can't lie!

      @@DannyBoyRuns I'm talking about for your training. How many miles/km a week do you plan to do? For my training block I'm trying to hit 87 miles for my highest week.

      @@PatrickStar_24 ah I see! I have round 65 miles planned for my highest week, I could probably do with some more mileage but I don't want to over do it, if I'm hitting just over 200 miles for February that would be great, most I've ever done in a month is 150
