Hi Maggie I just discovered your channel. Well I'm soon going to be 67 and I've had fibromyalgia /chronic for about 18 years. But my New Year's resolution was to try to get out more often. So all the makeup I had sitting around is ridiculously old and smelled bad so I threw it all away and I ordered some powdered mineral makeup. Let me just say my whole face looked like the skin was dried out and flaking off. So now I've learned the hard way that I need a very moisturizing foundation. I'm going back watching all your videos about the most moisturizing foundations for aging dry skin. Thanks again!

Yes I do! Although I’m pretty much starting over with my eye shadow sticks, since I had to Declutter so many with my allergies last year. But that’s OK. They don’t seem to last as long as powder eyeshadow so I probably needed to clear them out anyway.
I've just found you & loved this! Just a shame that I cant get the same products as you being in UK but some I will. Always learning new ways with make up. I'd love eyes like yours, they are beautiful.

I truly don’t understand the value of pumping or pouring foundation directly on the brush. I can’t imagine how much gets down into the bristles and wasted.
Wrinkly, creepy, heavily hooded eyelids. Eyeshadow rules? I don’t need any rules!! I’m doing good to get the color to show up on my lids. Maggie you bring laughter and joy to the mature makeup community. 😀😂

Hey Shannon, I hope you’re doing well with in the 2024 new year. I personally would take a pass on the refer brushes if I were you, although they are not terrible they’re not as great as I was expecting them to be.
I love watching you; it helps to see someone my age use products most of us will try/purchase. 😊
