Is it true that if your account (MyRSA) is older than 2 years, you would not be able to see cancellations on the site? If so, is there anything that can be done about that?
yes unfortunately learner permits with multiple renewals for some reason can not see cancellations on the site.. contacting the RSA to get your account checked can help if you get someone helpful on the phone
If I'm already on the waiting list then go to book a cancellation, will I have to pay twice? Or will it recognize that I've already paid to be on the waiting list and just let me book it without paying again?
it'll let you book without paying again, once you pay your account is in credit, if you aren't on the waiting list you would have to pay once you see the cancellations!

Yeah so if you have failed a test it says on rsa that you have to wait 10 weeks but you said 15 days which is it so I know when to get a canncellation
