The problem with this is the Apostle Paul calls sexual immorality idolatry in Colossians Chapter 3 verse 5. You can't worship at two separate alters. If you do, you're guilty of idolatry. Sure, you can struggle with an issue, but you can't embrace and or normalize your sin. Love is not love. There's either the love of God or the hate for God. The Apostle John tells us that whoever loves the world lacks the "Love of the Father"(1John 2:15). We cannot embrace sin while claiming to love or be of God. Will we sin? Absolutely. Will we struggle with certain issues? Yes. YEt we are to not love our sin. IF we love our sin, we fall into idolatry. We've made a God in our image, as stated. I believe this woman struggles with something great, but is still trying to reconcile her sin to herself. Just trust in the finished work of Christ, and you'll find liberty. It'll be progressive, but you'll find liberty. Let Him change your heart.
When He addressed sexual immorality to Jews. This is the same God who not only knew, but gave the Jewish orthodoxy-- the context for their beliefs. This is the same God who told the children of Israel in Leviticus 18 not to do as the Egyptians and Canaanites did, which included same-sex attraction/intercourse and bestiality. So when Christ forbade all forms of sexual immorality, of course homosexuality would be a given to a Jew. Unless you deny the divinity of Christ, I'd give that some serious thought.

Beautiful reflection on the exame of Jesus. God bless you Sister.
Bit when did Jesus say same sex love will kill you or is a sin?
