girlgroup stans are soooo picky when it comes to bgs covering their favs. they're very hard to impress, mostly because a lot of boygroups try to make the choreo more masculine by changing certain dance moves and stans find that unnecessary and they also think it looks worse than the original (which is actually true a lot of times). there are also cases when bgs/bg members aren't doing a proper cover, just dancing casually for fun and sometimes they exaggerate the movements in a way that makes it look like they're mocking the dance. but there are so many good covers, such as the ones shown in this video, so bgs being bad at covering ggs is clearly not always the case.
A little info for people who don't know A.C.E: One of the members, Wow, used to be a YG trainee. And another two, Byeongkwan and Chan, used to be JYP trainees. Byeongkwan and Chan said they're close to the Twice members. Idk if Wow is close with the Blackpink members, though I'd assume he is.
I'm completely gg stan. After watching this I can say that Seventeen, Dongpyo from mirae and bae173 are good at covering gg songs. Tbh they did it pretty respectful without overdoing the choreo
