a lot of ppl kept commenting on my part one saying that if a dance break is in the chorus or at the end of the song, it doesn’t count as a dance break, it does tho, they literally take a break from singing and dancing to just dance, which makes it a dance break, and those are also in this video, i just wanted to clarify that

Ig the question keeps coming up bcoz in music theory, a dance break is a section that might be different from other parts of the song either sonically/rhythmically to bring a shift in the song which can't be described as atleast a verse/prechorus/chorus/bridge. I totally understand what you mean and maybe in dancing your logic might be correct bcoz dance breaks after chorus like "inception" can also be called post choruses and ones after final chorus like "feel special" can be called outros, but they still qualify as dance breaks. So choruses in songs like "butterfly" can probably be considered a dance break as well.

Punch was a cultural reset, I don't know how people missed out on it and hated it , it has one of the coolest intros ever and is an instant bop , it truly brought out the neo-ness in them 🤌🏻.

9:26 I am so happy to see this. This is the song that got me into Everglow. I can't even pretend to do this choreo but the dance break makes me want to.
10:40 speaking of songs that got me into groups. This was the only song I knew by BTS for YEARS. Like literally til like...Dynamite. This song threw down so hard and yet I did not bother to look further into them til fairly recently.
The only songs I think are missing from my limited knowledge of songs that even have dance breaks are Love Killa (I'm so sure that song has a dance break. It's the song that finally got me into MX so I love it) and No More X (That song hits different knowing it's the last comeback of the TOO version of TO1 TT~TT)
