Brother I think you are a frustrated buyer..u don’t seem to have knowledge of anything and you keep changing your views about your words…better confirm things and portray on your videos..however there are more videos that pop up on this project and they give us a decent update on what’s happening rather not knowing facts and manipulating people’s views on the project..now if the rera date is dec 2022 or be it September 2022 and if they give it in March 2022 or be it august 2022 they are giving it to you ahead of time..so I suggest you do your due deligence and then portray your thoughts as there are people who have invested in this project and because of you they might feel they have taken a wrong decision..if you think your decision was wrong then probably you should deal with it instead making others join in your baseless protest or complaining about late posession even if you are getting posession before time in this part of time when builders are basically becoming bankrupt or not delivering any projects on time..
@Nadim: It is not about Rera timings . It is about the timings provided from sales team while selling the flat. It seems you are a buyer who is afraid that if facts come out then the cost of property may go down. You can clearly see the rust on the grills but want to keep your eyes close. Ofcourse there are many videos from last 3 years & in that they are mentioning that the project will be delivered very soon, but what is the reality? It is still under construction. Closing your eyes doesn't means that everything has disappeared.
Sale team gave fake promises.. Of giving early possession... Have u not seen their advertising on hoardings n social media"possession in 6 months"n it was one year back...now its nearing oc ... U see the facts of incomplete work n urself know kibposession ka koi guarantee nanhe hai is saal bhi
