Fake promise buy builder. Before taking flat in sunteck take written on every charges from builder... My time said 2000 maintenance and took 6000 Rs 18 month advance . And many more fake promis.... Take everything on written on mail nevar trust on sales person words

Few days back I paid my final demand from maxxworld. 1 BHK Advance maintenance 82000 for 15 month -18 month written over demand letter +18% GST. I fed up. Time of booking said 2000 now took approx 6000 Rs. With gst. 7000 Rs maintenance

High maintenance charges.. booking ke time 4 Rs per sq feet bataya tha .. par final demand me 15 Rs sq feet liya 6000 Rs month +gst 18%. .. totally fraud

Ye builder ka problem nahi hai tanker maffias ka problem hai road development adhikariyon ka problem hai abtak galat logon ko vote diya hai mafias vote mat karo

Why there is no protest against municipal corporation and builders too..... As there is lots of construction happening in naigoan, so even developer need raised this concern to municipal corporation.

Let me tell you the reality I am living here as tenent , if you are willing to shift here please consider one more time nothing is free here for tenant the owner hates tenent and bachelors specially they have started charging club house fees for tenent 1k per family and if you are bachelors then this will become worst per person 1k for bachelor

Dislikes, it's just a big scary concrete tower ..in Naigoan better to build a big commercial Big MNC "Mind Space" areas rather than this because their people need jobs not home .. in future these concrete will creates employment coz people will travel in more crowded train to Mumbai Just for a job
