Absolutely there'd lots of water problems. Dirty muddy water everyday only for 30 minutes. No cleanliness at all. Horrible living conditions. Mostly all tenants r occupied the complex who r using facilities like club house swimming pool gym etc paying just 9-10k rent. Whatever possible Ammenities promise r as good as useless.

Amenities seems best in location - Naigaon. Every structure if dont get attended on time for repairs, goes worst. It seems society committee is not paying attentions for malfunctions. No need of swimming pools as in rain its free amenity of boating and swimming for all from station to home-saw in last 2 days.
