i am confusing about SYRM rotor material... you said in video (2:99) synrm rotor made up of laminations.... is it correct explanation... i need clarity about rotor of SYNRM material...
@@ChronoGXay Google it. Synchronous reluctance (SynRM) and switched reluctance (SRM) are both void of permanent magnets. Tesla made a specific SynRM that has magnets filling the slots, but it is a hybrid sometimes called IPM-SynRM.
SRM can be run without sensor. Reluctance diagnostic pulses can be switched onto the phase coils to determine rotor location. The pulses give current rise feedback which enables detection of reluctance and therefore relative position of the rotor to the stator.
Why don't you use animation my man... This way of presentation is so much outdated consider the complexity of the matter and the ease of making animation video nowadays.

One on the right is a real challenge in the material of the rotor.

Yes, laminated steel is used in both motor, only shape is different, but shape of SYNRM results in more complex process of producing steel stamping.
Efficiency of SRM can be in excess of 95% in specific operating modes. Commonly around 93 to 95%.
A SynRM rotor is a set of powerful permanent magnets that required rare earth elements.
An SRM rotor is just made of iron.
Wrong. Tesla did add magnets to the SynRM to increase low end torque, but a basic SynRM does not have magnets.
@@SuperYellowsubmarinWrong. Instead of asking which motors he was referring to you chose to assume. 🙄

sir, SRM with out sensor how we will know of the rotor...

switched reluctance motor rotor is made up of steel plate..... see 2:52 minute....
Yes, silicon steel or can call Electric Steel

useless without animation
