You seem very competent and seem to pick up different genres of repairs/renovations easily. I don’t know why people will think you went into the project not prepared. There are always surprises with houses whether renovating or just maintaining them. You seem to face it all with equanimity. I’m enjoying watching your projects unfold.
@@ShannonMakes unfortunately, that is probably true. I tell my daughters that I had hoped for much more progress in attitudes toward women from when I was younger. Unfortunately, I see them facing some of the same things that I did in the workplace and beyond. I keep hoping though.
I will be 70 next week, you could have been a child of mine. You are so like me. I myself don't give a rats ass what I look like. No makeup. Always learning something new. I worked in electronics for over 40 years. People need to accept who you are not what they want you to be. Love ya, stay strong and stay you. My daughter is a girlie girl. 😊 Not on Instagram 😊
Shannon I love that you thrift second hand items. I’m in my 70 ‘S and have always tried to thrift before buying new. This is also something my husband and I have taught our boys and they are now teaching their children. It so much better for our planet. Thank you💕
Introversion doesn't mean awkward it just means that your energy comes from within. Extraversion means that your energy grows from interaction. There are plenty of introverts that are quite personable, they just need recharge time. When I was younger I used to think I was extraverted, but I didn't recognize all the time I spent alone as recharging.
That^ I am drained by interaction because I, like other introverts, am deeply focused and attuned to the other humans I interact with. It takes a lot of energy. I’m not socially awkward or socially anxious, though.
Introverted but organized large antique car shows. For me it's about the interests I have drawing me out, or just "doing my own thing". Gardening is certainly an introverted activity, but I enjoy getting or giving information.
"How do you recharge?" was how introversion vice extroversion was explained to me a few decades ago, during a class on organisational behaviour. That cleared a lot of things right up for me. I recharge alone and find social interaction to be draining, not energising. Extroverts, I was told, are the opposite.
But isn't it just a matter of degree? Like Shannon said - it's a spectre. I mean, for some it's just recharge and apart from that they communicate as any extraverts do. It's not like that for me, for example)) I do feel that I come off awkward around people more often than I would like and it's not because I have no social skills or can't communicate properly, but because, for example, sometimes I don't feel like making a polite small talk or participate in some group activities or my social battery runs out in a middle of an event and I become aloof or go home early or I don't actively look to meet and get to know new people (even if I really liked the person). I heard far more than ones that I look bored or cold or uninterested when I didn't mean to express that and didn't even feel that. I think through the years I've learned to be less awkward with stuff like that. I guess, you can say that my social skills are lacking, but from the inside it does feel that I just don't have an energy for that and rather read a book while my friends are playing board game (while in the same room with them) - and I'm lucky to have friends who understand that I do love them, I just got tired. That said, to me Shannon just described her degree of being on the scale introvert-extrovert not misunderstood a concept
@@MariaAuK That sounds more like neuro-divergence than introversion to me. I wouldn't want to presume, but I would suggest you look into current research about the autism spectrum.
I think you are a real go getter. It seems to me that what ever you do you give it 💯%. You and Phil have done a lot to restore the house and I am here for the long haul ❣️
I’ve been learning home renovation since I was 8 years old. Our (accidental) family tradition going back 5 maternal generations is that the women in the family handle the vast majority of the renovation work (and we do it ourselves), starting after my great, great, great grandmother was widowed 2 months after buying a house that needed major repairs. I’ve been restoring a 1910 craftsman almost entirely by myself, including repairs after storm damage. The number of strangers who think I just watched too much HGTV and am slapping paint on it is hilarious to me at this point. I’ve had people get genuinely ANGRY at me when I’m talking about something like pulling a 1908 mill work catalog to make sure my paneling ratios and facades are appropriate, or even explaining basic facets of the house’s structure from an architectural standpoint, because they get mad that I actually know what I’m talking about. I’m not some dumb DIYer who is going to duct tape an extension cord inside a wall to extend an outlet, I’m the person who’s doing the conductor fill calculations based on the current NEC and local ordinances to ensure my new j-box to move my kitchen light switch is compliant. Women who know what they’re doing tend to REALLY polarize people.
I think it makes them feel dumb on this skill set. Keep it going. My grandmother built her kitchen cabinets and china cabinets in her dining room herself and mother and I helped finish our shell home.
@@indiabilly If I'm being honest, it really helps that century homes and residential architectural history is a hyperfixation of mine, and has been for most of my life. Most 10 year olds don't wake up early on Saturday mornings to watch This Old House (as I did)... but also, I firmly believe that anyone can do work on their house if they are willing to put in the time to research various practices and techniques and learn hands-on. It all stems from an attitude of wanting to constantly be learning, even passively in your down time. I often listen to informational videos while I embroider to relax.
I'm only 2 minutes in, and as to the majority of us being nice, I really think it's that the majority of us actually pay attention to your words so we don't have weird ass assumptions. Ok back to the video, and can I just say that I love when you show us your surroundings when you're abroad. Beautiful!
No, it was definitely a disconnect between the question I asked and the responses I got... I could tell by the wording and the way they were formatted that the vast majority of people responding were entirely unfamiliar with this format of video. Which is fine, I do tend to have an older audience, and the format is more popular among the younger audiences!! But because viewers were unfamiliar with it, they either didn't answer, didn't answer really in the right format, and/or were just entirely too nice!! 🤣 It was a good problem to have, but I very nearly didn't have a video to make due to lack of answers!
@@ShannonMakes a cat judge who founded his own cat organization that requires all judges to be on a mic and tell the audience what’s going on has an IG account. At first it was just him judging a cat. I grew up going to dog and cat shows. I am the only cat person in my family. Anyways if you’ve never been to a cat or dog show, I guess the whole thing comes off as bizarre. He gets some REALLY funny troll comments so he’ll do a reel on that. They’re so hilarious. Sadly I missed the IG call otherwise I would have tried to make up a funny troll comment! (I might have stollen one from him and tailored to you!). I will keep my eye out for his next one so the next time you make a request I’ve got some funny ones!
Love your channel! Here's my assumption: circus prepared you so well for home reno that you rarely get sore. At least, that's what I hope. It certainly prepared you and Phil to work well as a team. I remember one video when you had to get to something up high. If I remember right, you casually counted down in French and then you were standing on Phil's shoulders. So impressive!
Don't change a thing about yourself or channel for the sake of us viewers! (I know that you won't.) But don't! You're perfectly you, and that's why I'm here. And why others are here.
Girl! It's YOUR content! Do what you want to do! If they don't like it....tough shit. I love the variety, that's why im here. Also....Thanks for taking us with you when you travel too! 🥰
I agree! I discovered the channel at the first episode of the house reno/restoration when she was announcing that she'd bought the house, etc. I went back and watched some older videos and was hooked. I love the varied content. Some things I find more interesting than others, but I always watch. For the house videos and some sewing and needlework videos, I sit and give full attention. For some others, I listen attentively and half watch while I do another task. I assume others are interested in what I'm less interested. And obviously Shannon is interested, so I watch since it's a part of her. And I like her. Shannon seems to be a straightforward, honest, funny, person with many interests. She seems very kind, but not a pushover. She's not a drama queen and she's confident in who she is so she doesn't need a "persona". It's much like what they used to say - I don't have a lifestyle, I have a life. In this case, it's she doesn't have a persona, she's a person. ❤ ETA: And she loves her dog and is a true partner to her boyfriend. Can you ask for more?
Lucinda, this was so like my discovery of Shannon's channel, & my general viewing! Amen to the not a drama queen, I love the straightforward aspect of her personality as well. Thanks for phrasing all of that so beautifully, & thank you Shannon, Phil, & Canelle(sp?) for allowing us on your journey!
After watching this I admire you even more. True to yourself, always learning, strong in your convictions, articulate and intelligent, and not putting up with anyone’s crap. Keep it up.
OMGoodness I find it too funny when people watch and then tell you how to run your channel. I enjoy your Reno/Decor. I’m not a sewer so I tend to skip those. Only because it’s not my taste. I’ve been renovating and decorating with my husbands for over 30 years. We knew very little when we started, my Dad was a cabinet maker and he was very involved with our learning process. Go for it. We renovated a 1890 Edwardian home took 13 years to complete. Many times we thought what have we done ! When we were finished we were so incredibly proud of our accomplishment. As will you be.
I watch your channel because you are super likable, you craft, you sew, you are renovating a house, your job is cool, and you travel. I love your channel. No one should wear makeup when they are at home, especially if you are working on your house. If someone doesn't like what you are doing on your channel, then they can stop watching and not comment and go watch something else.
We really appreciate your efforts, that’s why we follow you. Love the crafts, corgi, old house remediations, etc. Don’t let that subset of viewers get to you. It happens when you don’t have a channel. I put up with it at work. I don’t see any men doing English Paper Piecing and renovating an old house. Just go about living your life doing you and finding joy.❤
I watch you because I find you interesting. You have an unusual career, and lifestyle. I love the fact you are trying to save an old run down house to make it new. I love the fact you shop for thrift finds to restore it. You like to sew ❤ It’s all very refreshing! I don’t care if you don’t wear makeup. There’s no need to do glam while getting dirty restoring a house. Just do you and we will keep watching!!!!
I'm 65, and I've basically never bothered with makeup either. There are the odd special occasions - I did wear makeup to my brother's wedding in 1998. In fact I think that was the last time I wore it. I considered wearing it at my mother's funeral in 2016, but decided that dripping mascara was not the way I wanted to appear. Good on you Shannon, for not bowing to social pressure to wear makeup in your everyday life.
Never never change who you are! We are all unique souls incarnated on this planet and to make you one of a kind is a blessing. Keep on doing what you're doing. I love it!❤❤
no assumptions or questions, just answering one. The flower you liked - Chamaenerion angustifolium, known as fireweed or rosebay willowherb. There's a lot of it in the wild in the UK, which is why I recognise it! love these assumptions (and totally with you on both makeup and hair up, except mine goes up in a bun). Looking forward to the next one!
@@ShannonMakes oh yes, I love learning languages, esp seeing connections between different languages that are rooted in history. (can't take the historian outta the woman...). Latin names for plants are so useful when trying to find something - esp in cooking. My husband is Dutch and my MIL loves cooking, we have some great conversations but latin names occasionally come in very handy for the more obscure fruit or veg that you don't necessarily know the name for in another language :)
I love to thrift. I have way too many projects but I love to read and I love nature. I’am a dog person and I adore old houses ,history and your channel
Congratulations on the 100,00 subs! Keep being yourself, there will always be assholes who criticize everything. People who can’t handle a hard working young woman can piss off. I love your channel!💜
I find it refreshing that you keep your appearance natural. I’ve never been interested much with makeup, mostly because I think it’s harmful to my skin but also because it’s too much of a gender thing that men look okay as God made them but because I am female my appearance is somehow lacking. No thanks.
I'm 56 and people tell me I look like I'm in my thirties all the time. That's probably because I have not worn much makeup, or worn it often, for my entire life since adolescence. I am vigilant about sunscreen and I try to keep my skin moisturized but other than a little eye shadow and mascara for special occasions, that's it!
@@beverlystauffer2489 it’s the sunscreen not lack of makeup. Korean makeup has amazing skincare in it. I think if people wanna wear makeup I don’t judge. To be honest I never thought about it one way or another with Shannon. I think if she had a full face of makeup I’d just wish it was clown makeup (my own personal fav)…..
@@eonarts I didn't start wearing facial sunscreen daily until about 5 years ago. I have been told for decades that I look far younger than my age. Part of that is probably genetics. My mom and dad are in their mid and late 70s and still look a lot younger.
I think ur an absolute breath of fresh air & inspiring me to get up & get things done. Thank you for sharing this today. I look forward to seeing your progress on the house & my mom loves the sewing videos. Ur the real deal. Laura Ingalls could only dream. Great books by the way but you know what I mean. 😊
Your "How hard can it be?" attitude to picking up new skills and crafts is so inspiring to me, and honestly one of the main reasons I stayed in your channel when I first found it. The way you just sort of wing a lot of stuff (like how you started English paper piecing without a lot of instruction, or how you sort of made up Bilbo's dressing gown as you went) - it validates a lot of my own life experiences and it's wonderful to see someone succeeding (whatever that means) in life with that attitude. Don't worry about the haters (I know you aren't) - you're doing just fine
Just listened to the first 45 seconds of this video and I have to say right away that I LOVE your renovation videos!!! And I like that you’re natural and don’t wear makeup-you don’t need it!!!💃🤸♀️🌻
I didn’t know anyone else knitted or crocheted just to be doing something with their hands. I do that all the time. Brilliant! And I’m not just being nice when I say I love your channel and have been subscribed for a long time. I don’t care what you and/or Phil are doing, be it crafting, renovation, thrifting, or performing in a circus tent, I will be watching and enjoying. Canelle is the icing on the cake for me. I just love watching her antics and seeing what great dog parents you and Phil are. Like you, I love all animals but am definitely a dog person. I currently have a miniature chocolate dachshund but moved in with my kids after my husband died and they have 6 indoor dogs. Never a dull moment around here! ❤❤❤
I live with a buy new budget, but I choose to reuse stuff much of the time. My aspirational budget is "architectural salvage." I'd still get the hunt and some "make it fit" action, but being able to peruse a selection of already rehabbed ceiling fixtures or cabinets with their own histories sounds delightful.
My son has always needed to keep his hands busy while concentrating on long mental tasks. He learned to "fidget" with the stapled end of a used up pad of bank cheques--long time ago now--and consequently I learned about quilling. He didn't know that is what he was doing but it reminded me of something I had seen so I did some research. I still have the little trees he made.
I love how you mix different things in your videos. And definitely keep up the book reviews. You’ve introduced me to some authors that I wouldn’t have thought of. I *have* shifted to audio books even though I’m a fast reader. I got hooked on audio books when stuck in traffic and now that I’ve retired the practice has spread to all household tasks.
There is not one absolute way to do most things. I like that your channel covers a wide variety of subjects. I’m baffled by folks that think they should have a say how you live your life or run YOUR CHANNEL! If I don’t like a channel, I don’t expect the creator to change it to satisfy me! The nerve of some people! Please keep doing the channel your way and know I’m grateful for being allowed to be included in the adventure.
I was RN for a lifetime during which my appearance was corporate imperative which I ignored. But I did learn to never make assumptions about a person,it may cost their life.I also learned to layer my passions so they couldn't be seen and judged,to trivialize things because most people offhandedly make lots of assumptions. It hurts. Wish people would stop.
I am a RN too, I found it astounding how many patients commented on my appearance (I am 6 feet tall) and my face/hair/personality etc, it’s almost as if the uniform removed my humanity so they didn’t see me as a person with feelings! Xx
Yes, long hair is so much easier! I’ve had both and long hair wins hands down! I’m really glad you are just you and don’t try to accommodate the ideas of others. People pleasing is a terrible trap!!! Great video! ❤
I thought of you last week when Prime thought I would be interested in a Cirgue du Soleil documentary about surviving the Pandemic. I was entralling as I rooted for everyone there as well as back at the Montreal Headquarters. I am also a DIYer and love the RUclipss for teaching me how to approach many of my home maintenance issues in my 30 year old house I try to keep up with. Keep those sewing/quilting project going because I find them very motivating. Belly scratchings to Canelle, too
I'm glad that the mean comments don't bother you. I also can't be bothered with make up and I love doing things like fixing problems in my house when my energy allows. I love your channel, all the different types of videos you do! You're a wonderful person and that shines in your videos.
Agree with you about the online trolls, I tend to treat them with super polite responses which tends to ake them lose their *#$& and make themselves look even more stupid. It's Not just for online profiles like yourself but all over community platforms where the nasty commenters strike. Really enjoy your content what ever it is.
Shannon, I wait all week for your video.I am 70 years old. We renovated our house. Lived in it for 28 years. Love your strength and especially your initiative. 💓💓💓
You come across as highly competent, intelligent and unafraid of a challenge. I think you like to be challenged. I do almost everything in silence. I need it to regenerate. I'm not a people person so you tube and texting are perfect. You have so many balls in the air and you never seem to drop them. A people pleaser???😂 I like you as you are. You're not afraid to stand your ground and that is a vital quality to have. Don't ever lose it.
You’ve never given me the impression that you jumped into this reno blindly. Your comfort with power tools speaks volumes. Then there’s the video where you casually mentioned growing up in a reno house. I’ve been impressed with your skills, knowledge, ingenuity when meeting a problem. All that is why I enjoy your channel so much. (Also your esthetic…)
As a woman who has renovated/improved 4 rental houses I relate to your points of view. Keep it up! Love your crafting too as I also sew, knit, crochet….
Shannon, Don't ever change for anybody as you are fantastic just the way you are. Not many people are comfortable with themselves or know who they really are. Like you I love silence and being by myself most of the time. Unfortunately it seems people who are comfortable with themselves and know who they are is in an extreme minority in today's world. You are a joy to watch. David
Shannon Makes has videos about, gasp! Shannon Makes! I love that you unapologetically do you and vids about your interests and, your journey. I’ve seen numerous RUclipsrs apologize constantly about content. Sometimes the lighting’s bad. Sometimes there’s background noise. That’s life. I’m a follower because I like, at least from this content, Shannon Makes.
I love your personal truth! People are sooo weird, and have no business sending negative comments! Would love to see more of Norway, as I am HATING THE TEXAS HEAT! 😂❤ Best wishes, congrats on the 100K subs🎉!
@ShannonMakes I thk you for taking a minute to respond to viewers, you are the best! I'm feeling the breeze, yippie!! (It's actually supposed to be 105 here today, shoot me now!)
I enjoy watching your renovations. I think you are doing great, and it's coming along great. I'm so glad you saved that old house and it didn't get torn down.
Came for the crafting, staying for the renovation, i am enjoying watch you and Jenna Phipps two totally different renos but they are keeping and reusing lumber to replace rotted bits. Also make-up and respirator mask and sweat really don't mix😂😂, i can't remember the last time i even wore mascara!
tbh while you have a very different energy to mine at first glance I started following you because you are just an honest and authentic person. so keep doing that! :)
I love that you stay true to yourself you are articulate , interesting, smart and even though I don’t know you …..I think kind . You are miles ahead of most content creators . I wish you much happiness and success.
no content creator is purely or exactly who they appear to be, even if unintentionally... remember that what you're seeing is still a small and highly curated portion of every creator's live or work 😉 Even if there's no persona being put on, it's still a tiny fraction of our lives that we put on-screen!
I have to say I am new here and enjoy your honesty and the fact you are simply YOU on here. So many people create a character for the camera. It is refreshing to see someone who can simply be who they are. I also love the mix of your channel and all your interests.
I love that you don't take crap from people. Most people are more diplomatic especially when RUclips is their whole job but it's annoying that people get away with being assholes just because they're behind a screen
Thank you! I think most people do RUclips with the express intention of making a lot of money, and they rarely engage with their viewers because they don't really give a shit. Obviously that's not always true, but I think if you look at the platform in general, it holds true for the vast majority of creators. I didn't get into it for the money, and while I will make some business decisions, tempering or altering my personality to make myself more "palatable" to a wider audience is not a compromise I'm interested in making!
I only like to warch ecclectic people on youtube who have an artistic bent ane always learning. Your creativity feeds my soul. I am a greying 69 year old who hates wearing makeup, wears a sun hat that is not attractive, and who does not want to watch people who are dressed for show, probably to garner male followers. I’m an extroverted introvert too. I totally get it. My hubby is a total extrovert and I can’t keep up with his love of being social. Nopety nope no. I love that you don’t feel social pressure to wear make up and that you’re true to yourself. Period. 😮
I was very disappointed when you followed up “if you’re an adult and cannot handle it if I swear…” with “you might not like my channel.” I was fully expecting a “f-off” 😆
I SOOO find you completely relatable! Love it! I joined the Navy in my early twenties. When I got out my mother commented that I "Swear like a sailor" to which I laughed and said: "Yeah, well....um...I swore like this BEFORE I was a sailor, why do you think I joined the Navy?" She laughed.
I enjoy seeing the way you deal with comments. I've never been that great at sticking up for myself and you are inspiring me. And I just came for the home renovation and corgi footage!🤓
You don’t know until you know…it’s how you learn. Good for you for tackling a renovation and all you learn along the way. Your long hair/ short hair explanation is exactly how I feel about it! Also, I feel the same way about the makeup. I'm not good at putting it on, I'll forget and rub my eyes, it makes a mess taking it off, and I just cannot be bothered! This is my face. This is my hair. These are my comfy clothes. Introversion doesn't mean awkward it just means that your energy comes from within. Extraversion means that your energy grows from interaction. I am drained by interaction because I, like other introverts, am deeply focused and attuned to the other humans I interact with.
Wow, thank you 🥰🫶
I’ve been learning home renovation since I was 8 years old.
100% ❤❤❤
I’m at the pole that is in awe, I am the diy gaffer tape an extension cord kind of girl, but I aspire to be a you xx
You definitely did not give the impression that you don’t know what you’re getting into, or that you don’t know what you’re doing. Bug off naysayers!
♥️💛🎪 💛♥️
I loved that video too❤️
Don't change a thing about yourself or channel for the sake of us viewers!
Of course!!
ETA: And she loves her dog and is a true partner to her boyfriend.
Keep it up.
thank you 😊😊
OMGoodness I find it too funny when people watch and then tell you how to run your channel.
You don't seem overwhelmed to me! You seem extremely whelmed!
Shannon Makes: perfectly whelmed 😂😂
@@ShannonMakes Your new channel name😂
Thrifting is like treasure hunting!
Very true!
Any person can wear makeup or not, at home or not. It's not something for others to judge. We all do what we want.
Don’t worry, as stated, they don’t get to me, I don’t feel the need to please them!
I watch you because I find you interesting. You have an unusual career, and lifestyle. I love the fact you are trying to save an old run down house to make it new. I love the fact you shop for thrift finds to restore it. You like to sew ❤
It’s all very refreshing! I don’t care if you don’t wear makeup. There’s no need to do glam while getting dirty restoring a house.
Just do you and we will keep watching!!!!
So true!
I love watching your renovations!!
Thank you!! 😊
You’re lovely don’t change who you are 👍
Thank you ☺️☺️
I'm 65, and I've basically never bothered with makeup either.
Never never change who you are!

no assumptions or questions, just answering one.
Thanks for the info! Someone else gave me the Norwegian name for it too... very fun!
Fireweed grows abundantly in northern Canada and it is the territorial flower of Yukon.
Also grows wild all over NW Ontario ❤

Congratulations on the 100,00 subs! Keep being yourself, there will always be assholes who criticize everything. People who can’t handle a hard working young woman can piss off. I love your channel!💜
so true!
I find it refreshing that you keep your appearance natural. I’ve never been interested much with makeup, mostly because I think it’s harmful to my skin but also because it’s too much of a gender thing that men look okay as God made them but because I am female my appearance is somehow lacking. No thanks.
yes, that has always irritated me too lol

💜💙💚♥️
FREAKING LOVE ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE!!!
You are very brave to open up yourself to assumptions people who really don't know a thing about you. Love it!! Love you.
far more interesting to me than just asking straight questions!
I got hooked on audio books when stuck in traffic and now that I’ve retired the practice has spread to all household tasks.
ooh, love hearing that, thank you!!
I appreciate that!
Thank you for inviting me into your YT life! I feel welcomed with each episode. Never change a thing. Be and enjoy who you are!
You're very welcome!
That flower is called fireweed! You can make a delicious jelly with it.
It sounds like you were an amazing RN. Some people just can't see beyond their assumptions and often aren't even cognizant of them at all.
I am a RN too, I found it astounding how many patients commented on my appearance (I am 6 feet tall) and my face/hair/personality etc, it’s almost as if the uniform removed my humanity so they didn’t see me as a person with feelings! Xx

I immediately subbed to you when I first saw your ‘Canadian move out day’ when I saw your no ‘fake up’ aka make-up which my mother used to say 😂 I saw that you are a true natural beauty spreading your REAL YOU across the world! My daughter( a young fashion designer) is the exact you ie like a little magpie, her room is like your home! She loves watching you too and always speaks about the leotard malfunction 😂 she gets you and you’re an inspiration to her as well as me. We moved from London to a country ( won’t name due to stereotypes) where everything is new flashy and glitzy. We love watching your amazing crafts and diy - we are renovating too and using many recycled things. We also incorporate our sustainability in our Pet business where we hold workshops of making things so to build a community of Artists and Artisans. Sometimes our conversations with our customers land on you especially when we see a Corrgi! ❤😂😍 And some of our friends/customers have subbed to you too! Anyway sorry for the long Essay, never done this before but I felt compelled to let you know that we appreciate, you and your content keep us grounded , happy to know that you will never change for anyone 💪🏼- the brightest stars are those in the darkest nights! 😊
May you stay blessed and happy, big, hug kiss to your beautiful Canelle 🐶❤
Oh, that's so cool... I love the thought of your workshops slowly building my viewer base. Like if we would look at a map of the world that showed only my subscribers, there'd be a little hotspot right in your new city, and that's so cool! Thank you! 🥰
@@ShannonMakes and another thing that makes you so amazing is that you have the time to answer! 😍
That would be amazing to have a hotspot! We are indeed in a summer heat ‘hotspot’ right now! 😅
I appreciate your attitude, that you can do anything you set your mind to. I am what I like to call, stupidly optimistic, there isn’t much I think I cannot do. I’ve done all sorts of home reno and crafting and I’m surprised when I realize other ppl don’t do that! I also eschew makeup most of my life because can’t be bothered.
Keep it coming Shannon, always looking forward to your content.
I enjoy your home DYI stuff! Rude commenters weren't taught to keep their rude opinions to themselves.
I love you the way you are don't change. Just keep on being you I love watching what you do😊
Thank you so much!
