  • THE LIVING ARROW RIGHT SIDE SWORD QUIVER
AND THE BASICS OF THE DYNAMIC SHOOTING
It's made similar with the left side sword quiver, having the same advantages:
great stability, easy to fix and take off, no interactions with shooting or riding...
plus a very high rate fire.
Every type of quiver is matched ideally with an certain method of drawing, according with the optimal loading technique which can be performed taking in consideration the specific position of the arrows inside the quiver.
The Living Arrow right side sword quiver is designed to have naturally the nocks aligned on a vertical line in front of the chest, on the path of the right hand.
The loading is based in this case on the natural reflex of the right hand to "comeback home" immediately after release.
Specially for the traditional "snatched release", completed with a powerful backward punch, the right elbow recall back, ideal for the right hand to grasp and load fast a new arrow without stopping or change direction.
In this situation, the easiest method of loading is to grasp the arrow in the fist and to put directly the nock on the string in front of the forehead, eyes or nose, depending of the range and the level of the target.
At the end of the nocking, the arrow is already turned on horizontal line, with the tip pointing to the target.
The both arms are working symmetrically, opening the armpits, rising the elbows and stretching the cubital edges of the hands (the "hand's swords").
The loading and shooting phases are performed with just one continuous motion, like opening an umbrella.
The trajectory of the hands is describing exactly the way how the breathing power is rising along the upper body, in order to be eliberated on the target's line at release.
The arrow is moving in this case according with the archer's intention:
"From me, up to the Target"!
The Living Arrow right side sword quiver offer also the best opportunity for understanding the basics of the dynamic shooting.
The main power running along the archery form is coming through the right arm, while the left arm give the right direction and the elevation of the arrow.
The movements of both arms are balanced and controlled from the heart point in the rhythm of the breathing.
If the right arm bent from the elbow is aloud to swing in front and back hanging from the shoulder, the both loading and drawing operations will become more powerful.
If the nocking is completed with an powerful elbow punch in front, the same elbow swinging back increases considerable the power at drawing and release.
The energy of the pendulum like motion of the right arm is supporting the back tension at drawing and also give the optimal timing for the release.
Having the right elbow kept always aligned with the arrow, (the foot archery standard technique), the drawing may be more aesthetic, but less efficient from horseback.

That's pretty cool. I'd appreciate it if the design of the quiver were featured in detail in a video. Alternatively, is there any place were a quiver like this could be bought?
