The sheer vagueness of the entire comment section alone should tell you that there is more to this game than meets the eye. 10/10 game worth way more than what they are charging for it.
To be entirely honest the “more than meets the eye” part is the turn off for me. This first act looks insanely fun but the rest of the game seems like a slog just for the sake of the shock factor tbh
@@bluebomber875 The first act is easily the best, but the rest isn't a "slog" at all. It's all really good, it's just that you can't really beat the immersive approach of Leshy and narratively it makes sense given the context.

@@Lucifronz Yeah, that’s fair. I think the gameplay itself gets a little too complicated as well but it definitely would be more appealing if it kept the amazing atmosphere the entire game.

It's a crime that Nintendo didn't put this game for the "last minute indie game reveal" like they usually do. Inscryption is amazing, to the point it won the GDC Award for 2021.
Seeing the game just be sidelined like that and be shown for five second is beyond infuriating. Seriously, go get the game if you can, it's THAT good.

What’s with this game and being sidelined it got snubbed for best indie game at tga 2021 😭 it did sweep the gdc award tho (or maybe that’s another one I’m thinking of)

Yeah, this game is a deck builder with a whole bunch going on outside the actual card part, but the card part is also excellent and it’s all compelling.

As someone who bought/played/beat it on steam, if you are even remotely into roguelite card games or just card games in general you owe it to yourself to play this one. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

This is a game that keeps on giving. It’s pacing can be a bit slow at times but man is it impactful by the end of the game.

Great rogue-like card game. Has elements that will make it easier for non-rogue-like players to get through just fine, too, while still having a ton of fun.
I will probably pick up a second copy on Switch sometime just so I can play it on the go.

I acctually just played this on the PS4 after hearing so many good things about it. This game was made for the switch, and I'll definitely look forward to revisiting it.

Between replaying the game and 100%'ing the endless mode I have over 100hrs in this game over about 9 months. This will be the best indie you play on Switch this year.

Trust me I mean it when I say that this game is a goddamn masterpiece. It’s beautifully designed and the sheer amount of worldbuilding, story and lore is astonishing. Without any spoilers, my jaw dropped at the ending. I cannot recommend this game enough and it is worth every penny. *PLEASE* consider playing this game, it will surprise you and send you on a roller coaster, it’s not just your average card game. This game deserves every amount of praise it gets. I already have the game on PC but I’m 100% double dipping on this and playing it again, I think that says a lot.

Yes it’s on PS, it gets unlocked after you finish the story.

I already own this game, and I was thinking of getting a steam deck specifically for this game because I can honestly play it all day long. But having a switch port is way more than worth it!
My favorite game of all time. It does everything I love in games and I can’t talk about any of it.

I'm happy to see Daniel Mullins getting a big release, but I have concerns on the ability of the Switch to preserve certain aspects of the original. Not only that, but I really hate this trailer for giving out *_major_* spoilers, that will worsen the experience for the new players this is going to bring in.
If they got it working on Ps4 and Ps5, I believe they will figure it out.

Just a warning for everyone since i've seen alot of disappointed people. This trailer only shows Act 1 from the game (cool rogue like cardgame). Act 2 and 3 are nothing like the act 1.

Amazing game. Really wanted to play it on the switch, but took too long to come out. Already got it for the playstation. But still would recommend to whoever has not played yet

I wonder how this will work because on the PC a lot more went on and you had to dig through the files and stuff this is kinda like Undertale for the switch we never saw ghaster on the switch at least I didn't

I think the "old file" could be just your game you played for the first time on the console and "something valueable" might be the game with most hours put into it
