Hi there, just watched this video, appreciate it's a few months old now. Sorry! I'm not in the military but love outdoor activities and tough fitness challenges. I've done several 'Para's 10' and 'Fan Dance' events over the last few years and would love some professional advice to improve my 'tabbing' and beat my PBs. Is there a knack to moving faster cross country with a heavy loaded bergen??? I often feel I could push a little harder but worry about permanently damaging my knees etc.. If anyone has any hints and tips it'd be hugely appreciated 🙏👍

The best motivation is the training staff screaming at you to get a move on when you're just an 18 year old kid😂 Pack the weight at the top on your shoulders and lean into it. Hats off to you doing it for fun.

Even tho I'm not in the army anymore I still enjoy your videos Fabz. Great work. I really wish videos like these were around when before I joined on 2009. But I suppose no video will prepare you going from civvi to squady and the constant shouting and beastings from Corporals and PTs 😂😂😂 Your run time, 15:45 ?

Mick my youngest grandson currently training was called a C**T by a Corporal for his bootlace coming undone and unlike his grandad he didn't react in a negative way . I think he passed the attitude test then. He still won't accept that he is a bigger man than me for reacting that way. He is loving the Army
