Paul Rodriguez Tells Us About His Current Board Set Up!
#Skateboarding #Podcast #Interview SandC - Развлечения
P. Rod smoking the good good
Pristine Life Inc. Probably got blazed just from laying on those 1000 thread count sheets
@@slimeslime2123 just looking at the bed you can tell he takes regular baths and has a robe with his name embroidered
He’s so good he doesn’t even need a board
Instablaster
Deck: Bareback wood
Mold 8 #4

Trucks: Venture 5.6
Wheels: Primitive 52mm

When you've got a direct line to god through your baseball cap, the board doesn't matter so much
to who
prod is absolutely blasted in this interview lol "plant based"
"52inch wheels"
plant based medicine 🤣
@@motive I guess that backs up what he said about dedicating as little of his brain as possible worrying about his setup!
Paul rockin the humble pods here
Prod will ride a banana if it had wheels
as long as its the 4th banana from the bunch that he likes XD
Toni Loves Skateboarding good one
"I SWEAR I GOT EVERYTHING ON LOCK BRO! IT MUST BE THE SHAPE!"................... yeah aight paul 😑
52 inch wheels? Hahahhahahahha
What’s so funny about that?
Love the positivity talk at the end I also can relate to screaming my head off if I can’t land 2 kickflips in a row
“They go baby”😂 he’s blown baby 🔥🔥🔥 hell yeah p-rod
Very nice, let’s see Paul Allen’s setup
That american psycho vibe, love it!
This show literally makes me so happy. Thanks for doing these!
Get Kalis on here remote style!!!!
Yeah! Kalis would be a good interview
We need more of these board setups!!
Lmfaooo when they changed the camera and Paul was on a TV and a mic was put right in front of the TV 🤣🤣🤣
bruh he’s so high in this lmao
Sky high!
No he’s not. He did smoke about two hours before this, but it was a cigar. A cohiba behike 54 to be exact.
3:48 “Any cheat code you can take. Plant based, whatever”
@@HungAF 🧢
I thought the mold 8, board 4 was superstition cause he was born in 84.
He's born 86
@@marionellisgudoy2058 nah. December 31, 1984.
Mold 8 4th board is prod choice... My man eating plant based for weeks now... Prod is the coolest
P-Rod has a great outlook on life.
Keep it up with this question! Love finding out what the pros ride
Gratitude is very important
Keep the set up videos coming!
Currently riding an 8.125 Disorder Board, I really like the shape of Nyjahs mold, it works really well for how I skate, I ride 5.2 Venture lows, and currently have 52mm spitfire classics, but gonna switch to 51mm to help with more space for less wheel bite, thinking of trying some thunders with the board, since they a little higher, but still on the lower side so it wouldn’t be too much of a difference and help with wheel bite, oh and I use Mob Grip and diamond hardware
When you talk about set-up it would be also nice to know the height and shoe size of the particular pro. Otherwise it’s hard to have a reference.
Keep it up :)
How does that remotely make any sense?! You’re you, they’re them. Totally irrelevant to an individual setup
I had an 8.5 Anti-Hero that was a IV on the press, and loved it. I thought they pressed 5 at a time, so ive been planning on getting a V DLX deck next time i can. I'm using roman numerals because thats whats etched on the top ply of the deck.
Oh shiet, I think my current 3.378 DW board had a roman numeral 4 on it too. I'm liking it a lot. It has a lot of concave and high kickers.
The tre flip done fast barely needs a flick. That's why kickflips are 'harder'. Heck, I genuinely believe varial kickflips for beginners are easier than a kickflip. Not to say kickflips are impossible by any stretch, but there's definitely some ankle flicking going on that some of these other tricks do not require. It wouldn't surprise me if the different type of ankle flick you do with a heelflip is also why many people don't like to do heel flips as much. Maybe on a certain pro level the guys will do heelflip tricks just as comfortable as kickflip tricks. But I know a lot of intermediate to advanced skaters that kind of avoid a lot of heelflip stuff, unless it is like inward heelflip or a varial heel.
Learned kickflips can't varial for the life of me. Always land 1 foot in front of me.
and they were roommates
Dude, if you're getting coffee from Starbucks everyday is a bad day. Treat yo self!
What do you recommend
@@tylerpadlina943 im uk based so would always go to my local coffee shop. But would Dune Coffee from the states they ship beans.
@marc handler nah
Wish he would go back to es
The law of attraction thing is so true. Gotta let negativity slide off you when it comes
Venture has a specific truck for 8.25 now??? Need to cop immediately!
5.6’s they’re perfect for 8.12 to 8.25 🙌🏻 love mine
Don’t stop these
What happened to his nike shoe series?
That’s what I’m wondering too
Janoski ate them alive
Rodge’s Starbucks bit has a lot of truth. It doesn’t fuck my whole day up but it does frustrate people lol. I’ll drink it still but it’s not wtf I paid for
He is obviously talking about Mikey Taylor LMAO. That focuses so many boards.
Dude that Starbucks shit is so true. If they fuck up my coffee it’s a wrap for the day
Can someone explain molds to me? Ive been checking out boards and i dont see any mold talk on there, only size and shape if there is different shape
Yo I wonder if some pros use hardcore bones bushings? Never have to break in your trucks, ride so well as soon as u put them on!
52 inch wheels Huge😂
Stay positive peoole don't be like him (the guy whit the stella artios) please, just be positive that way you will allways bring that to your life, no matter if you f... visit to starbuck went bad... just bread and let it go, not everithing have to be perfect thats life imperfects things makes the life perfect.... thanks Paul for being a model and a great person... big fan.
Dude always sweeps a set a stairs every try he does even if it’s clean
Haha
This shit is like medicine
legend
I can’t tell if I like roge or not
Jess DeTata he’s a little autistic but he’s a good fella
Without Rog, who's gonna talk over the guest?
Loose or tight trucks?
What brand is that Tupac deck?
52 inches wheels? 😂
I’ve discovered the flatter my board is the better I skate... concave doesn’t help guys trust me
I like the flatter concave boards but I get more wheel bite for sure.
@@raysgay329 Hahaha 🤣 wheel bite is that bullshit
Back in the day, boards used to be flatter, I'm liking the amount of control I get with more concave.
I can’t do any tricks on a flat board I bet you don’t do many flip tricks
ASK. EVERY. PRO. #askeverypro
Some pros say it on Instagram lol. Pretty cool but I agree. Ask every pro!!
I would like to hear about Erick Winkowski's board setup.
I believe they press 4 at a time.
Shoes size an height counts... facts
Dam 🤟🏽
All the pros seem to use a 8+ size board. My current setups are both 7.75. Should I switch to 8 size next?
Yes
I ride a 8.0 its perfect for me
Just do you. If you like skating 7.75 then go for it but I personally skate 8.18 if that matters
@@orlyihan361 Cool. I used to ride a 7.5 but that feels like balancing on a tightrope these days. 7.75 seems to be my sweet spot but I've never tried a size 8.
Give it a try. 8+ boards are more solid.
Starbucks...really bro? Take out your tampon lol.
CBD gum be legit
52mm with 8.25+ is the way to go
52 inch wheels 🤣
8.25? Since when did he stop riding 7.75s?
P rod switched to 8.25 like 5 years ago lol
The Conqueror oh shit lol.
Worried about the 4th press and your ridin primitive grip tape.
Way more important
Pike roast is deadass sewer water coffee wat is roger talking about
They can't seriously be pressing 8-10 decks at a time right? I thought four was the max. This makes me want to avoid primitive decks.
I think bareback does all the decks the same from what I herd, like you said 4 in a stack. At least that’s what they do for dlx
Can you ask him why primitive boards are so shit and why they snap and chip doing flat ground.
Pónganle subtítulos en español 😭
No mames
Dude p rod sounds low key like j rog. Who is low key full blown new world order I got it all figured out kooky
Wouldn’t doubt it since he going for acting too, you never know bro
the only host who doesnt get on my nerves is chris, get those other goofs off of there
Kelly’s not that bad.
Why are wheels measured in millimetres and boards measured in inches? Wtf
Kinda obvi
I wish Paul blamed himself for his success and not the supernatural
