Stay tuned for the second part of this video which will feature an actual painting using these six colours!

The PY129 green gold is my absolute favorite for mixing greens. Not the most beautiful on its own, but it makes a very wide range of beautiful greens

So glad I found your channel, nice job on the swatching and testing the colors, the big swatches really help see how these colors work. One tiny quibble, frequently made, is that honey is a binder, which it's not--it's a humectant or additive to add moisture to the paint. The Aquazol binder replaces the usual binder gum arabic. I do like how Qor paints move in water, they're fun to work with, but most of their paints are too cold to me, almost artificially bright and always need to be neutralized a bit to look natural. However, the brightness works for many artists and I might use them for illustration or abstracts.

Thank you so much! That's good to know about the honey...I've been calling it a binder for years! I shall remember that for the future, especially if and when I chat about my Sennelier paints; humectant NOT binder! 😂
I still haven't swatched out my 12 "intro set" of Qors so it'll be interesting to see how many of those are cool vs warm.
