One of the most scariest things you can experience especially if you’re panicking. Happened to me in the 8th grade at the river as my foot got caught on a downed tree and I couldn’t get away. I literally felt all my energy and oxygen depleting and what’s worse is that I remember it so vividly. I’m 35 years old now and still sometimes I awaken from nightmares tasting the murky water and gasping for air. I can also psychologically feel the compressions on my chest and the pain from the broken ribs.
I’m not gonna lie, This scene made me cry, no I mean seriously bawl my eyes out....the sad music playing whilst he was frantically and desperately pounding on the window and calling her name broke my goddamn heart

Drowning scenes that I saw used to make me afraid to learn how to swim in deep area! But now I know how to swim and I love to swim underwater now and I’m not scared of any of that anymore! I learned how to swim since I was 9 years old! The reason why is because I saw a beautiful waterline showing when halfway underwater in summer school and that made me want to get in deep area to learn how to swim in deep water and I also started swimming underwater as well without drowning! Now sometimes I loved seeing that beautiful waterline showing when going all the way underwater a couple times even though I didn’t know how to swim when I was little! Underwater is so beautiful and I love hearing beautiful deeper underwater sounds and hearing bubbles underwater as well! I hated seeing that girl drown but luckily she was alive still which was good!❤
