    This is officially my favourite video of 2017 so far; if not for the confession of "BUT....I'M HORSES", then certainly for the discovery that Zebra's have "many poison".
    HUGE thanks to Charlie for tutoring Natsuki in the run up to filming in Europe - I'd like to point out for the sake of keeping the video a reasonable length (and entertaining), I cut out most of Charlie actually correcting/teaching Natsuki!
    Charlie has a free ebook on language acquisition which you can find here (bit.ly/2iTGfvI) - it's a really interesting read. For those of you learning English, he's also got his own channel called "Real English with Real Teachers", which you can check out here (goo.gl/XkbUFL)!

    A lot of Dutch people stopped buying as much beef as they used to, after it was discovered that a lot of beef appeared to be horsemeat a couple years back. So in a way, Natsuki's strategy to pretend to be a horse isn't as weird as you might think.

    • @Blitzentine

      Same in England, I think it was the same scandal. That is exactly where I thought Natsuki was going with it in a weird way.

    • @tacocatt6808

      Vin Crafter I think people just like to know what they’re eating. “I asked for beef, but I got served a horse?” if that makes sense. It’s also taboo for a lot of people to eat horse. So it’s a mix between not wanting to eat it and being pissed they’re not being served what they asked for.

    • @TomorrowWeLive
      @TomorrowWeLive 4 года назад +1

      @@Vinni-2K we definitely don't eat horse meat in Anglosphere countries. I don't know if there's anything objectively wrong with it, but it's seen as way worse. It would be like eating cat or dog.

    "A £1 beef." Well, guess you can't be disappointed with British meat if you start off with low expectations.

      Oh! I heard it as 1LB of beef. I think that's the first time a culture difference has led me astray.

    Your videos get me so hyped to start studying Japanese at University next year (which includes a year abroad later on) I'm generally an extremely shy person but these videos have actually given me the confidence I needed to take the plunge and commit to the decision :) so I just wanted to say a huge thank you:D

    +Abroad in Japan Hey man! I haven't watched this video yet because i'm working my way up through your older videos, but i'm sure it'll be fantastic.
    I wanted to Thank You for all of your 'how to learn japanese' videos! They gave a wonderful insight into multiple struggles i've been having while trying to learn japanese, and gave me a much better understanding of what to do about them. Your channel has also been a huge help in providing several useful tools, and even other channels to learn from, to help guide me in the study.
    So Thanks mate.
