Looks like a great place to invest. Looks structured and orderly.
Regarding the accident. It happened when you were stopped. Looked like the other guy didnt look. Hope he was OK. Those scratches will polish out!!! English joke.
Now regarding your own driving. Please keep your hands on the wheel. When talking to the camera please mount it on the windscreen looking at you. Then when talking to it you dont have to turn your head away from the road.

Nice coverage of partly Ruai then Kamulu and Joska. At 11:43 when you were stationery starting to move from the junction leading to Machakos, then unfortunately a motor bike crashes into your car ruining your journey. Naona kuna jamaa anakimbia kutoka mahali hiyo matatu imesimama and i am wondering did he hear the crash and was rushing to the scene! I can see that was in September 2020 and i am watching this video on the 11th of November 2022 so it is all in the past now!

The place looks beautiful, though a bit arid. But there is a question that has always puzzled me when I crisscross the United States and think about the LAND USE here compared to Kenya.
There is excessive subdivision of land in Kenya, and makes me wonder whether this is good for the country? Does it make any economic sense that “everybody” has to own a piece, pieces of land?
Planning is another thing that boggles my mind. When it comes to land use and construction, though the government regulates, its seem that in PLANNING the laws of jungle takes the lead in Kenya. People just construct houses, shops, factories anywhere, anyhow, and I don’t blame them since that the way things are done.
Where did this idea of owning land in Kenya came from as opposed to good land use? In the US and Europe, which are First World countries, this concept of owning plots of land by citizens, is almost nonexistent and the standards of living for these citizens are quite higher compared to Kenya. Does owning a piece of land makes one automatically wealthy? Why is UK our colonizers, not so subdivided like Kenya on the concept of land ownership?
It’s not the “ownership” of land that should be important in Kenya, but the LAND USE for the good of the general population. No need of owning huge tracts of land that lay idle by individuals which can be put to proper use and benefit the whole population. How Kenya USES it’s small land will very much determine it’s future as opposed to “owning” of extremely subdivided pieces of land.
Anyway, I’ve just ranted, though I felt it necessary to share that in this forum. Afrikan Traveller keep up the good work, and don’t misconstrue my comments, it’s just opinion I shared beside the point.

You've made so much sense, I believe its coz of culture but it's not the best measure of wealth as we believe.
