Really loved the review. I had already backed this grinder and am really excited that the reviews are coming out. On a side note, what was the scale you used to measure tour espresso shot? Keep up the good work!

How's the comparison between this and the 64 model? Can you help me understand where the 64 falls short of the 78 and if it's a "good-enough" grinder for home barista?
Hey there! The 64 model is very similar to the 78 model, just without the RDT lid and with less power motor. It's definitely a good grinder for home barista. We're working on samples and will have demo videos soon showing it in action. Stay tuned! ☕
Hi there, it is definitely much more enjoyable to use compared to the Sculptor 078S, however the Sculptor 078 might be the better option for filter coffee and we do love the magnet dosing cup there. As for the VS6, it is a tough choice, it will depend on personal preferences and needs, feel free to check our VS6 review for that. 🤍☕️
Hi there, for espresso settings, you will never run into an issue. It also has a protection mechanism where once it jams (happened with light roast in Turkish coffee settings), it will run anti-clockwise and run clockwise again. 🤍☕️
Tough comparison. It is more home friendly, but Mazzer dose feel more sturdy, stronger, and you do get the Italian machinery vibe with it 🤍☕️ We have a dedicated video about the Philos if you haven't checked yet 👌
Hi there, we missed that, but you can feel free to check our short version video coming soon with espresso routine with it. It sounds similar to the Gevi Grind Master, which we have a video about and you could check the grinding sound there 🤍☕️
Hi there, couldn't get our hands on a unit for the current time. It is probably as good as the GU78, but the motor will be a bit weaker, probably super light roasts at lowest rpm might suffer. Nonetheless, we personally enjoy espresso at 800rpm and above 🤍☕️
I am a bit confused. How could the grinder fit timemore sculptor burrs even with two screw holes? It looks to me like the GU78 has a larger inner diameter on the burrs than the Sculptor burrs. Is that true, or are they the same size?
@@Foolsauce Hey, we had a meeting call with Geimori team, and yesterday they informed us that after visiting their factory, they confirmed with their engineers that the possibility of accomadating Timemore burrs is achievable. We understand your concerns, but they will probably create a modular burr carrier for that case or some removable pieces. We will wait to hear more from them 🤍☕️
Kinda looks like a train and I can’t ever not see that. The community is a little concern because it’s not a well known company and there’s few in depth reviews.
Hi there, as always, we will keep repeating that you are the judge, we are only here to illustrate the features of the grinder and you are more than welcome to enjoy our simple feedback. In the end people will receive their grinders and they will be able to confirm our opinion, we are not interested in sharing false information, we are in this for the passion in specialty coffee and its tools. We guess that you enjoy our content (that is why you are here sharing your feedback), and you should be pleased when we get some support as it will allow us to test more tools and invest in a wider range of coffee equipments. We have already placed orders for two new grinders so we could create a new video we had in our minds for a long time. Hope you have a positive day ahead! 🤍
Hi there, yes, it has many similarities, but at the same time each grinder feels different. We can say that with the updated grinding dial, it is one of the easiest grinders to reset the zero point and to swap the burrs. Also it will offer both these Multipurpose burrs + the option of Timemore and SSP 78mm burrs.
How come it's identical to the Sculptor? The design is apparently different, the burrs are totally different, and there is static control, while the Sculptor has none!
@@hihihkkkIt has no more static control then what a mechanical solution would not achieve. so it has exactly the same control of the sculpture, the sculpture just has a more mechanical approach that actually works. The biggest and largely only plus is that this isn’t a nightmare to get into the burrs on. People put to much emphasis on plasma generators it only effect the grind after it exit the burrs, however some grind tend to stick around the place were it sits.
Hi there, we are unable to satisfy everyone's needs. majority of people would love to dive into the details of each grinder. If you are happy with watching 1 minute, you could skip to the end, or check the parts that matters to you.

Hey, David, thank you so much for back us!🙏
Good luck for ever ❤

This is huge. 064 is more my vibe. I hope you can compare it with Sculptor.

This seems like a nice grinder how does it compare to the varia6 and sculpture 78
Thank you

@@ourcoffeeshelter i think VS6 have more versality with interchangeable burrs set from Flat to Conical Burr. It will be more fun to using it.
What do you think about this vs the Zerno?
How does the grinder fare with ultra hard beans at low rpm and finest setting? ;)

@@ourcoffeeshelter Just don't use any sound over it.... please?
Wanna see a review of the cf64v. Any idea when that will drop?
At this very moment shoot a video, after this one we will get the CF64v, hopefully within a week will be ready 🤍☕️
@ourcoffeeshelter fantastic, I think I'm mainly worried about the sound it makes from what I've seen so far.. But I'm stoked to hear what you think.
@@tigerag29607 Glad to hear that, we will get it shared soon, doing our best ☕️🤍
I couldn't really tell what the outside shell material is made from. Is it plastic or a powder coated metal?
Hi Gary, most of our parts are made by metal. The shell material is made of aluminum with black powder coated.
Slow feeding on this doesn't look easy?
Any opinion on the GU64?

They should probably better use the Timemore two screw holes system, so burrs between SSP, Timemore and Wirsh would easily be interchangeable.
Hey we are working on it, will post a video once the verification is finish.
@@m.brechi2861 We are able to adapt two and three holes burrs, will post a video once we finish the verification.
The thing is, I would also like to mount your burrs into my 078s, which will not be possible. @@mywirsh

it looks like a modified version of timemore 78S

All these chinese grinders look like its skinned and white labeled at the same factory. This looks identitcal to the sculptor.

17 minute video for a grinder
not acceptable
as earlier i said on the milk frothing video
