      Hi there, it is definitely much more enjoyable to use compared to the Sculptor 078S, however the Sculptor 078 might be the better option for filter coffee and we do love the magnet dosing cup there.

    • @mywirsh
      @mywirsh 2 месяца назад +1

      Hey there!
      The 64 model is very similar to the 78 model, just without the RDT lid and with less power motor. It's definitely a good grinder for home barista.
      We're working on samples and will have demo videos soon showing it in action. Stay tuned! ☕

    I was really excited after watching your review but then saw @LanceHedrick’s review and it was like you were reviewing two different grinders. As a consumer about to spend $600 plus I feel like you were misleading at the very least. I like the content you produce but after seeing the disparity I have trouble making a purchase decision off it.. Was it so positive because they paid you to produce it or did you just not have enough time with the grinder due to the rushed production of the video.

      Hi there, we stand by our opinion 100% and we will be here when people recieve their grinders to hear the feedback.
      The Geimori GU78 is 100% the better espresso grinder when compared to the Timemore Sculptor 78s (Espresso Version). Tastewise, practicality, accuracy of grinders adjustments, and even in alignment it is on par with the Timemore.
      Each person have their own approach in reviewing grinders. In the end, we are here to shed the light and share a brief feedback.
      A Sponsored video means we invested our time into getting the review ready in short timeframe, apart from that, the company has zero effect on us. We are in this for the passion and we would never corrupt something we are passionate about.
      Goodluck in making your decision 🤍☕️

    The noise it made wasn't very smooth at all across the RPMs, and it is louder than I thought. Instead of a beep sound, maybe a visual light would be better. DF83V is so quiet it can use a beep or light indicator. I wonder if there is data on the DF83V micro steps between markings? Would be nice to know the time difference bewteen to know the range.

      Hi there, it is not a fair comparison as the Zerno would be double the price. This does not mean that the Zerno doesn't worth it. The zerno craftsmanship and the ability to swap + align the burrs is unbeatable. Tastewise, the difference won't be massive, but the Zerno have the better edge overall.

      @@ourcoffeeshelter What is the point of any of the videos if at the end we "are the judge". The reason we watch videos or read articles is to make the best purchase decision because we don't get free machines, we cannot be the judge of all these machines. @@ourcoffeeshelter I just honestly find issue with the fact that you argue I'm spreading false information. Even if the model tested in this video had 100% perfect alignment and tolerances (which I am doubtful of), the fact that they were willing to send other reviewers units that have loose augers and misalignment speaks VOLUMES about future quality control issues, especially with a Kickstarter project that is untested by consumers. Furthermore, even in this video, you state that the company told you adding a magnet to the catch cup could cause quality control and manufacturing issues. A magnet. If a magnet is able to cause issues in their manufacturing that too speaks volumes about their QC standards.
