- A mixed bag here, spot my new 45 tonne Sennebogen 835E, my new company car….seeing as I don’t have a company car 😂 after the really long lead times for new machines things have changed and this deal was only done a few weeks ago. My low hour 830E is heading for the US. I’m struggling to have time and the weather for making videos, the weather has been absolutely appalling up on our hillside, gale force wind and non stop rain makes it difficult to film. I can’t remember everything that’s in this video but feel free to ask or comment….and like 😂👍 I’m already working on the next one.

Why the change in Sennebogens? As you said, the old one wasn’t old at all.
Why not? I drive it myself, the deal was good, I got good price for mine, this one is a bigger machine, there is also a lot of tax relief under the current UK tax system, 25% of the cost is deducted from the company tax bill. it's designed to encourage UK companies to invest in equipment and improve overall productivity across the country.

Do the cranes ever get struck by lightning ⚡️ and if so would it damage the electrics etc , king on the hill with the cleanest scrap yard in the uk !!!
The old rope cranes did occasionally but they were on rubber tyres, one guy got a shock back in the seventies stood on the chassis of one of the cranes when it was struck
