RIGHT ON Craig don't cut your hair!! Let it grow. You have nice hair. The hardest part of growing it out is getting past the shoulders. You'll be tempted. After the shoulders its smooth sailing.

Wanted to say I got my candy today. The cashew brittle bits are out of this world. And I love the " butterscotch " hard candy too. Only it doesn't taste like butterscotch i have had before, although you can taste the butter flavor very well. You could always call them Butter Bits and make them unique to you. I searched for butter bits on the web and only found butter bites. So it truly would be unique to you. Whatever the name, keep um coming. I love them. I ordered 2 and should have gone for 3 or 4. I had two strokes in November 2020 at age 58 despite limiting meat intake to 2-3x weekly and fish once weekly. Now I have to severely limit my sodium intake. Yes, I’m losing weight but because I’ve always had an aversion to eating meat off bones, I’m looking into incorporating more intentionally vegetarian (yes, I know the difference) options into my cold weather menu. I can approach this gradually but will resent the “never again-ness” of it if I try to do something that way. I occasionally have a bite of SO’s pizza (every few months) and am using him to clean out our bloated quarantine pantry until we can be as close to sodium free as possible. Then comes the transition to more plant-based eating.
Thank you for being accepting of the slow among us. We’ll get there, or as close as we can. 😉

Yes the inversion table works great. Once in the morning for 2 mins then at night 2 mins thats all you do but try to do it every day.My back feels good . It works.
Craig could you post a video of your mom making the burger buns? Even the recipe would be great! I keep making homemade breads and buns and still haven't gotten them to not be dense, even with adding half white flour. Does she add oil?

Please vlog some of the house selling and house hunting! Me and many viewers are house-hunting now too! Real estate is red hot nationwide. Any house will sell for lots of $$$ over your asking price, but any house you wanna buy will also be very overpriced! Weird time.
