Somehow this was very motivating. I used to be a hard core weight lifter before I found out I was pregnant. 6 months later and I’m still not back into it; today I just might wake up tomorrow morning and get my booty back in the gym and doing something. Wonderful video

I KNOW there are people watching this thinking, “yeah, theses guys were never fat, they only had like ten lbs to lose, etc etc” and maybe you’re thinking you have sooooo much more to lose, or your “before” looks soooo much worse. I promise you if u keep at it, workout, feed your body, no yo yo dieting, no crash dieting, do it the right way, and keep at it... you will succeed! 65-70 lbs down since 2012 here. At a normal weight when I spent 25 years of my life being obese. Good job and keep it up!

This is actually a refreshing video, I guess I was naive but I've never heard any of my guy friends or boyfriends talk about any of their body insecurities. I always assumed men are more secure about their bodies than women. Its good to know that I'm not the only one.

It's not rocket science, it's obviously hypo xDDD but yeah. let's be honest, he's fat because he likes latin food xDDDD I don't how severe his illness is but he's probably on treatmente because otherwise he would be a lot bigger and he isn't. Plus, he lost way quite easily after exercising and this is not the case for people with severe thyroid problems. Conclusion: my friend likes food and he knows it
