    My favorite hotel. Whenever I go to Kumbakonam, i used to go to Swamimalai for tiffin in this hotel. Their pongal with this sambar is too good.

    Once after visiting all the temples while returning home we were searching hotels nearby and this was the only hotel open at that time. We had dosa, chapathi n idli. The taste was ultimate, heavenly and wonderful. It's been more than 6 years but still admire this hotel a lot...

    Always love your shows Deena sir .. especially from Kumbakonam chefs. Mel Podi is a technique we are becoming more and more familiar with… from master chefs .. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Pearl Onions WITH SKIN.. not heard of it.. without skin they get seared so good and take in flavors

    Love your content. Can you please share the ingredients quantity for cooking a usual, moderate quantity of sambar (also for other recipes made in huge quantity)in the description? Even if I reduce the quantity of ingredients to 1/4th, it’s still a large portion.

But still, some of ur vdos r not being facilitated by ur programmer to English, so my settings r Not going to work. Plz tell ur programmer/editor to help out this old👵🏼woman😄 Thx.

    he has used very fine mustard...so he is adding fenugreek first before mustard while seasoning...otherwise with regular mustard one has to add methi after mustard .

      I always divide the large quantity he gives in recipe to 4parts or 6parts & make it for my family of 8. Its worked for me. M going to do the same with this recipe too. Goodluck & God bless u🪷☀️
