I use Adrenaline Rush in my Quicksilver build. Pop a couple of them with Maximum Velocity and enough Always Running and you can hit 4+ times at 6+ attack each time. It's fun.
Back in the day (Quicksilver release) I used 3 in the deck as deck thinners that "could" be called upon if needed before the final push in 4MPer. Note they are not limited to "1/player", stack 'em out there. As "relatively cheap" but still "usable thinners", they then improved the odds of drawing into his MV & multiple AR together too. Apart from that...nope not used. Though I guess Nova could use for same purpose.
Okay hear me out. 2ER for 4 for is around the best damage on attack card. That means you need to ready 4 times to make this work. For some heroes, this is not a problem. The best use is you can keep it until the final rush. At that point, you use *NO CARDS* from your hand that turn and you’ll be able to rush down Stage III Venom Goblin or harder villains. Now, the fact you can bank multiple of them is phenomenal. This card is worth it if you hero can run it. Being able to have the damage when you need is always appreciated at a higher level game.
Ngl, i like them in Readying builds. I know its not a good card, but Tenacity works well with Hulk and if you can boost his atk woth Adrenalije Rush and ready him with Tenacity or Earth's Mightiest Heroes, you can get very very boosted. Captain America can use either of them for large swing turns. Honestly, any hero woth a big stat that has somewhat easy way to ready can benefit. Spiderwoman works too
I would play these if I was struggling to get to 40 cards. Being on the board makes it a deck thinner in subsequent deck passes and caught off guard fodder.
Rogue multiplayer. Heroic Intuition, Rogues Jacket, 3 civic duty and Brains over Braun. A lot of building to get 7 damage for 2 cost after a bid thwart. I know it's a stretch but it is the only real use I've gotten from them.
I haven’t used these, but, if using these and Go All Out, it could make for an insane X-23 final turn with her readies and Honey Badger on the table. Really want to test this out in a longer game now
Quicksilver is the only champ I can see making them work reliably, but even then 1 cost for 2-3 doesn’t really excite me. Most of the time there are other cards I’d rather have in a deck list.
I never liked these cards, not even in Quicksilver. There are worse cards you can use, but I tried them a couple of times and it wasn't really worth it.

Yeah, the trick is to get all three of them out and use them all on a turn when you can keep readying

They’re good in a certain build with lots of readying. I forget who, maybe quicksilver? It worked well

3x Civic Duty in a Hulk Deck
I could see it being used in a Sidekick deck, but it would be a leap. Side-by-Side twice in a turn feels real good, already.

These are really only viable with Nova and even then I think there would be better card choices most of the time.
