1:04:15 "And also, he doesn't have Head Trauma any more"
No joke: When Joon-gi Han joined my party, the equipment he was wearing completed the Personality Challenge for having 20 different pieces of head armor.
The challenge name is "No Head Trauma Here".
It's proper op
It should have been a Heavy Grapple skill that costs around 40 MP at least. The issue in LAD7 is that it is cheap and it does too much damage as a light attack. That is why I propose making it more expensive, without needing to change the damage.
This is the equivalent of having Kiryu, Majima, Saejima & Daigo in a call
(yes somebody has to be daigo)
Snowiestangman Is defo the Majima
@@cuppedcup5048why cuz he has the worst takes? I think that makes him daigo
I'd Go For Daigo
No head trauma 😢
Ouch the Daigo shade 😬
Without spoilers, one of my favorite gameplay parts of the game is when you raid a certain place as Ichiban, fight through enemies, fight two bosses at the same time, and then your party is forcibly split but you still control all 4 at the same time - FANTASTIC stuff, I love how 8 has so many unique gameplay situations
While rewatching all of this, I couldn't stop smiling. Also, the Joongi addition for any rant that Snowiest or I would have is just hilarious on so many levels 😂
Once again, thank you for a wonderful conversation and to everyone who checked the video out
For Han JoonGi's Head Trauma, I believe that it should be a Heavy Grapple Skill that costs 40 or 50 MP at least. Han JoonGi has no grapple of his own, making his kit limited, unfortunately. Yeah, skill inheritance exists, but Head Trauma is his own skill, and could exist as a Heavy Grapple.
The Yakuza 4 have assembled‼️
the only video that can rival the yakuza 5 rant video in lenght
Coming soon TM (?)
Is this the same rant from the tier list?
I think I have a different perspective about the ending with Ebina and Eji “redemption.” While ebina himself wasn’t a super well written character, I think he was more suppose to show kiryu growth in the game.
What I gathered. Yakuza 8 was about Ichiban and his influence on others. Ichiban in 7 showed multiple times, that he saw the good in people. It didn’t really matter if they deserved it, Ichiban always looked for it and rarely gave up on them. Kiryu on the other hand always prioritized protecting others from harm. Even if it would hurt him in the long run. Example of this would be Nishki, a person he cared for deeply, but once he knew he went in a destructive direction. Kiryu didnt hesitate to put aside his relationship to protect others from Nishki.
Ichiban on the other, while still is very protective about innocents. Never forgets the humanity in his adversary’s. Like his brother in 7.
With a good amount of the beginning having kiryu constantly around Ichiban. It was likely the driving force in Kiryus change. That and the combination of the Yokohama crew, and the date dates. Showed kiryu that it’s ok to have attachments, that when bad things happen. It’s not his fault. Seeing kiryu beg for forgiveness to ebina, showed the effect Ichiban had on him. Likely wishing he had Ichiban influence, back during the original yakuza.
Seeing Ichiban still willing to help Eji. In my opinion shows the strength of Ichiban. People are correct, Eji doesn’t deserve forgiveness. That’s why everyone was throwing trash at him. But Ichiban still chose to forgive him. That’s why Ichiban didn’t have much personal growth in the game. He in many ways, was mentoring kiryu and others. This game has problems. But this game is top tier in my opinion.
Based
In a way, what Ichiban did for Eiji is quite similar to what he was doing at the start of the game. He’s always willing to help people as long as they are willing to own up to their mistakes and improve on themselves
Both Kiryu and Ichiban are depiction of a real Man. Kiryu represent someone who Capable to take the responsibility of his actions and face the consequences like a champ, meanwhile Ichiban represent someone with peerless compasion and willing to forgive anyone who wronged him as long they change for the better.

First time after finishing the story, I hated Kiryu's epilogue. But after several days after finishing it, I ended up loving it. Sure, I wanted to see Kiryu with Kaoru in Okinawa with all of the kids there at the dinner table. But I really liked what they did. But...
I wanted Kiryu and Haruka to have been reunited, even if their reunion happened during the one month time jump and we don't see it. Just seeing them be together would've done wonders for fans.
Also, Eiji just gets forgotten by the writers after the nightclub battle and we can tell either the game was rushed and 1 or 2 chapters were cut.
As for the Hanawa death, Gaiden was made once the story of IW was in place and development was almost done. So I can't really complain about the lack of overlap in some of the things Gaiden set up. We will see Shishido and Nishtani again don't worry.
I will admit, I was not expecting the whole Kiryu and Daidoji story getting resolved off screen. I was kinda hoping Kiryu and Hanawa would go against the Daidoji and it would result in Kiryu getting his name back.
But maybe the Daidoji will be an antagonist in another game or an ally(I doubt that.)
The cutscene right after the final boss did something for me, I think it's how Kiryu tried to reason with him using vulnerable sincerety. It's such a nice change from him just usually beating his own beliefs into a person.
I definitely do not think shishido nor nishitani III will be back
@@wacky-physics7506They def 100% will
@@wacky-physics7506They were popular enough to not just get blackholed, especially now that they're moving away from killing the antagonists at the ending.
The jongi gif was funny
That moment in the Big Swell is so funny
Damn, am i envious of this group. I just wanna have in depth Yakuza discussions with friends.
I feel like Ebina and Eiji could have been combined as a single character. Like Ichi could not meet him in chapter 1 and meets him on the plane, and then the grand reveal at the safehouse is that Eiji was the guy in charge of the Seiryu the entire time. Then the whole 'hatred of the yakuza' theme would be consistent across the character and makes the epilogue scene better since he finally realizes that Ichi actually is a good person who has a heart.
But then that would mean that he basically has to be Ichi's final boss, and idk if Bryce would've been as good a final fight for Kiryu as a yakuza-dude-at-the-top-of-Millenium-Tower(TM). It feels like RGG was so close in so many places to having basically a perfect story if they just tweaked a few things, but I'm still satisfied with what we got.
Goddamn that's a really good solution, it basically would combine all their positives and negate most of their flaws
That could work, tho I prefer for them to be separate characters. Would’ve had too many conveniences for him to be somehow in charge and controlling everything from right next to the party, plus that would mean the person who’d be in charge over at Seiryu HQ would just be Sawashiro and/or Narasaki. While more screen time for either of them could be nice, it would either have the crew trusting Sawashiro WAY too quickly (or maybe having a mini-boss fight with him) or Narasaki’s personality would have to be drastically changed
Still a cool idea tho :))
I love how much use the Joon-Gi movement is getting 😂
Finally, the good Yakuza 4
The selfish deed
On another note, I think the way they handled Akane and Ichiban was fine. The way he feels about blood is something we could never understand because we're not him. Only thing we do know is that he doesn't care about blood as his "two dads" he has don't share the same blood, to him at least as he doesn't care about getting a dna test or Sawashiro's statements.
At the end of the day she really is just Arakawa's love and possibly the woman who gave birth to him, so he's happy with that.
Though I do like that one instant where Akane's maternal instinct kicked in - when she took Ichiban's hand and rubbed it, noting how it feels rough. It's the sort of thing a mother or grandmother will do.
@@sapphire3084 oh yeah, that scene was beautiful and what we needed lol. But if that's all that Ichi needed, then it's fine
Ichiban are truly better man than me. if my biological mother left me since birth i would despise her for life
@@jovif.spemudaindonesia1841I mean, it's not like she just abandoned him like Masato, she was under pursuit from the Hikawas, and had to leave her child.
[And her being alive does feel like a retcon, but at least that works out fine.]
Its funny af when Gokudoni and Snowiest talk at the same time at somepoints and you I just see two Joongis talking to eachother LOL
Half of Froob’s sentences start with “unironically” idk how I noticed that.😂
My favorite thing in the game: birthday cake is a goated move, burning arrow too good, and action star+desperado skillset.
the avengers oh my god
I was a bit surprised when all of you agreed about the difficulty and being under leveled. I thought the game was way too easy, I was always over leveled which made all fights trivial and thus somewhat boring... but maybe it's because I'm one of those maniacs that actually likes grinding for exp/items. I mean I had everyone's ultimate weapons way before I reached the end.
Also, when I got to Dondoko island I stayed there until I finished the story because I found the gameplay loop so addictive lol BTW, a side-effect of that was getting a ton of cash when I returned to Hawaii and converted my Dondoko bucks so I never had to worry about money for the rest of the game.
I had to actively try to not be over level at certain points of the game, like I genuinely think Infinite Wealth might be the easiest game in the series (I still love it tho).
@@BroCunhaPT yeah I wish the enemies would scale with my party's average level or something, at least to some extent. I will take it a lot easier on the grinding on my next playthrough so I can't actually breeze through fights that should be challenging.
I do agree overall yeah. The only fight that gave me genuine difficulty was the 3 jima fight, and that was even while I was like 4 levels higher than them lol. I think Bryce, Ebina and Yamai's 4th fight are also decently tough if you're on level or even slightly above.
One thing I want them to do in the next game is to have an option to disable exp gain, but keep the exp to use whenever you want, Xenoblade Chronicles did something similar to that.
I actually kinda hate people, who complained about difficulty spike in 7. It was hands down the best thing for me with challenging battles near the end. In this game it's just has 0 challenge unless you will go with very low level on purpose.
I feel like an underrated job is Detective. I'm pretty sure Arrest was buffed because I could reliably pull it off on any non-boss / mini-boss enemy, and it just saves me insane amounts of time in some fights.
"Aizawa as Ichiban's final antagonist" just made me drop my jaw. That's something I was thinking about for a while and Aizawa unintentionally carrying Kurosawa's legacy by being the head of the whole Japanese criminal world is such a perfect antithesis to Ichiban. Also everyone kinda forgot about Snake Triad and RGGS isn't afraid of mentioning Tanimura so jumping sharks might be a usual thing for next games.
Does anyone think they made ichiban too old ? If we have another 4 year time jump then he’ll be 51 in the next game which will be older than Kiryu was in Gaiden
Idk knowing RGG he will be 50 jacked and ready to kick ass anyways lol
I prefer these ages. A lot of Yakuza fans are in their 30s and 40s. And I like my ladies in their 30s. lol
Seonhee. 😩
@@miguelgonzalez6495 I respect that actually I guess it resonates more with people in their 30’s / 40’s I just feel like Ichi should be in his early 40’s
I actually got Hanawa’s death spoiled for me and managed to gaslight myself into thinking it wasn’t true
I was lucky not to have that spoiled for me so that death came completely out of nowhere.
But then I found out Gaiden was made when IW was almost done so it made sense. They'll likely retcon that death considering how well received Hanawa was.
The entire game, post Hanawa death, I was expecting Hanawa to show up during the end and he never did.

A small part of me thinks Wong Tou was supposed to be playable. But they decided to have JOON-Gi instead. If you think about it joon gi shows up very late into the story. Whereas Wong Tou is rescued and simply then just sits in the hideout?? Nah bro he was supposed to be playable. Why else would he just sit there.
YES I legit believed they kept him alive and sympathetic to join us then POOF he dead, he definitely was meant to be part of team Ichi instead of Joon Gi!
Don't think so, Joon-Gi's an existing character, so they had an easier job of just reusing his existing skillset. Wong would've needed a whole new job to design and animate.
Also, they knew of the decision early enough to have Daniel Dae Kim voice Ebina even though he modeled Wong Tou.
i dunno, i think at most they might have had him as a support character like yamai or eiji for a few fights originally, cause they likely did want to just have 8 party members initially considering how late joongi and zhao are introduced to the party and how little they add to the game in terms of both story and gameplay
That entire section was so weird to me, I am surprised he was not there even as support during the fight out of the hotel, also that's one of the few long battles where obviously it was going to have a 2nd phase just because of enemies being off screen during round 1 but then it just ends.
In a way, Ebina kind of shares something with Kiryu regarding how a person should live. Kiryu accepting his fateful death and not thinking about living on, and Ebina, as Zhao speculates, is completely lost on how to live since the how and want is mixed up after his lifelong goal is gone. Two people who can't live on properly into the future. Ichiban is the opposite of Ebina in that he's always pushing forward, which is easy for him to call out on Kiryu running away from reality during the cancer reveal.
Let’s go perfect timing for a listen while working! You’ve assembled a fantastic group for this Leon!
Enjoy!
it's the yakuza 4‼️‼️‼️
The selfish deed
What is this combination? Haven't watched it yet. Already loving it
Interesting how different playing habits can change one's opinion on a game's design, I actually found myself having to avoid over leveling to not make the main story a complete pushover.
Also one of my biggest critiques of the game is just that it lack some challenge, I know they talked about difficulty spikes but I never felt them personally, which might be related to the fact that I was usually one or two levels above the recommend.
I think the ability to chose harder difficulties from the get go would have been nice.
That surname I’m your user, you’re Portuguese caralho
THIS MIGHT be the yakuza 4

The infinite wealth is the friends we made along the way.
Just finished watching this! 10/10. I love the yakuza community and youtubers involved! So much insightful stuff I learned from this video, especially from Froob. That man is insightful af!
All the party members are here! Can't wait to see your guys' Tag Team moves.
I love how all of you got into the SAME overleveled boss encounter next to the Yoshida batting center... just like I did...
Thinking about Shinada and how we'll never see him again always makes me want to throw myself off the roof 😢
55:02 I also noticed how the knockback works exactly like og 1 and 2 where you have to block right before enemy's attack lands🔥
I honestly really felt like Joon-Gi should have joined by Chapter 11 at the latest tbh. Its the same chapter Zhao joins in LAD + it seems fitting since Chitose goes MIA at the beginning of it. Sure, you'd have to rewrite a few things but it shouldn't be too hard + we already saw how bummed out he was being left out back in Ijincho when Zhao joined Kiryu's party.
When I saw this on my youtube recommendations I immediately got a smile on my face. This has made my day soo much better. love your content always
Fun fact: When you do unlimited Dragons resurgance with cheats, bishop violet velveteen only plays in a shortened cut off version.
This is gonna be juicy
edit: the joon gi han gif is incredible btw
Gokudoni had a near-perfect sync with the Joongi gif at 3:18:25 lol
Not sure Dodonko island as money farming tool. Hawaiian haunt before Dodonko and it provides money also material to craft weapons. Some good gear can also be obtained in the haunt. While Dodonko only money if I'm not wrong.
yep the deep dungeons made me WAY more money than Dodonko
Yeah, they also talked about being low level. Pretty clear they kept the Dungeon until way later, because if you actually do the Dungeon when you get it in the game, you will be way overleveled and get way more money than on the Island.
I never went back to the Island after getting it to S.
Making money there is also boring asf.
THEY TURNED ALMOST EVERY FEMALE CHARACTER INTO ETSUKO IN THE SUBSTORIES IN THE MOST EW WAY POSSIBLE AND DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE HOW FRICKED UP ALL THAT WAS
Can't wait to see all this
I wrung a lot of the side content/stories dry as they became available during the story while fighting tons of battles in the open world, so for me I was often a couple of levels ahead. Almost every fight during the main story is pretty easy if you play this way, Y7 was noticeably harder. I even had the opposite problem with the side content enemies, they were almost always (except for one) many levels below me.
The switches back to Ichiban after hours of Kiryu might've been the closest to needing a little grind but it was tiny.
The level balance between Ichiban and Kiryu's party is off when you play this way too - most of Ichiban's side content becomes available when the game soft-caps your level very low. So you end up with way more time for Kiryu party grinding side content during the higher levels.
This is gonna be awesome
Just finished this long-ass podcast finally. I did wish I could remember the various comments I would've wanted to made. But honestly just listening to this conversation is quite nice already on its' own. Would wish for this to become a series somehow.
The Yakuza 4 are here
The real infinite wealth is the content it’s like an infinite game, two month after release I’m still finding new things.
I'm glad you guys feel the same way about the finale as I did. The suggestions were spot on
I don’t really get why people got so confused by the Eiji thing. This is something I started noticing after thinking about Hamazaki in Yakuza 3: not everything needs to be shown or solved on-screen for it to make sense or be good. There is such a thing as subtext.
In Hamazaki’s case I can understand since there’s no confrontation (presumably it’s cut content), but in Eiji’s case, theres the bonding, the betrayal, the confrontation and the aftermath. There’s enough pieces to infer what happened and why, no need to show anything else except for fluff.
Also that whole sequence between him and Ichi at the end not only is completely consistent with how Ichi acts (and how he treated Eiji before, insisting in calling him Ei-chan and whatnot) but also is important for the game’s overall theme of atonement.
I agree overall. I think they could've at least given Ichi and Eiji one big scene, kind of like what Ichi and Masato had at the end of 7, before we get the scene of him carrying Eiji to the police station though.
@@AnimeSimp234 I actually think that was the scene, the part where Ichi gets through to him right before carrying him to the Don Quijote police office
I was thinking he would be the final boss (like Masato) and Bryce would be relegated to a Kurosawa-like role, but I’m glad I was wrong.
Also, Ichi catching Bryce and being all “nonono you’re not getting the easy way out, you’re atoning” is so good.
Iw eiji handled p5 akechi better imo. Ariamaru tomi worked so well at the end!
No I get what you're saying, the difference here is that once we see him for the last time in Hawaii, he looks well.
Once Chitose does her live stream at the end, we already see disheveled Eiji which confused me so much as to how he got that way in such a short amount of time.
Here's the thing for me though, I think that whole bonding moment they have in the beginning isn't enough to convince me when Ichi says "oh man remember when he had fun together Ejiji? Of course I still think you're my friend!". Like they meet in an airplane, he saves him from being arrested, they chat for a bit, then the Yamai beatdown, and then he doesn't show again until much later and finally the twist betrayal in another chapter or two, and you want to convince me that these two had their moments? Oh yes it's within Ichi's character. That man would probably try to redeem the devil if he got the chance but speaking from a more meta-sense what do we the audience have to go on when Ichi talks about him like they were best buddies when all we saw was them having an extremely casual conversation for like 5 minutes. Ichi's convinced but we're not Ichi if that makes sense? So we need a little more sauce I'm sorry.
A part of me feels like they were trying to capture the ending scene of LAD again where Ichi talk-no-jutsu Ryo Aoki but it doesn't feel earned here because again they didn't really have enough time to get close and also Eiji disappears for the entire third act.
If I had to re-write this game I'd have Eiji be introduced in the story earlier, have a little more moments of him and Ichi having heart-to-heart talks and have a chapter dedicated to having a confrontation after the club scene. He doesn't even need to be convinced in that moment, they just need to show that some of Ichi's words are getting him to re-think stuff before idk Bryce's goons show and try to kill Eiji for failing to hold on to Lani - only for Ichi to distract them long enough for Eiji to escape back to Japan.
As someone who's had to re-write scripts for a very long time trust me little changes like these make a world of difference in making a character's redemption more believable to the audience, which I don't think I need to stress how nice that is to have.
You may see it as needless fluff but you shouldn't compromise on basic narrative rules just for the sake of having more subtext. And when are these games ever subtle? Especially Ichiban stories.
Just missing Cyricz, this is great
Absolute joy to binge this episode after just finishing the game. Probably my new favourite game of all time. One issue though: let me punch kume again
Watching this while playing premium adventure
THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN LEZZZ GOOOOOOO
This was 4 hours of unironic allegory. Enjoyed it!
Even if it takes me weeks I will watch this full video
I love this content! 😁
When it comes to Eiji's ending, I suspect he was supposed to have been shown in the epilogue since IIRC it's one month after the final boss fights, and that's enough time for the stranded yakuza to hunt down Eiji who no longer has Bryce's and Ebina's protection, for Eiji to escape Hawaii, go into hiding, and grow all that hair.
But thematically there needed to be something to balance Kiryu's cliffhanger, because without all those ending scenes with Eiji, the pre-credits ending is only about Kiryu, but Ichi's a protag too so...they need something.
That Joon Gi Han gif cracks me up every time
YES i finished the story just in time
2:47:30 Ichiban has a closer connection to his soap land dad since he was actually there to raise him.
Let's Goooo!!
My goodness 4 hours 👀👀👀
Damn, every complaint you guys initially brought up are also my biggest hang ups with the game. Buffs being AOE only now just made them not worth using outside of tiny arenas. They could've made the AOE's larger as you level up the jobs, similar to the ring buffs you get as you gain normal levels. My biggest gripe with the street surfer, aside of charging it, was not being able to interact with anything and getting booted off everytime you got into an encounter. Just made it more tedious to use than just running.
Look at all these gigachads here, this is gonna be a great video
58:36 for me it's pocket circuit!
I'm 1 month late but my main issue is that the story bosses are so easy but random dudes on the street can easily wipe the party.
idk if this was said during the podcast only 40 mins in BUT my own favorite thing about IW is that the map it self is a faster way to fast travel instead of going through the phone or finding a taxi.
Edit: just clocked hour 2, 49 mins, yeah for me when I was playin the game every time a chapter kept on going i was thinkin to myself "when does the story pick up and stop being, lead -> nothing -> lead -> nothing
everyone is here!!
Devilleon, Gokudoni, Froob, and SnowiestAngeman. Or as I like to call them, the Tojo 4.
Let's go a full party
Here's a serious question for anybody willing to defend this plot point:
What did the story gain from Ebina being Ichiban's brother?
There is no final showdown between them, there's no expansion on that rather important reveal, it basically just acts as a small detail in Ebina's backstory and motivation.
But in reality I think you could have removed that connection to Arakawa and Ichiban and not have lost anything of substance.
Ebina's boss fight was cool but he felt like a weak "I hate duh yakuza gonna kill em all" type of villain, like a cheap re-hash of Ryo Aoki with that concept just being done slightly worse.
Better yet, it feels really out of place for Ichiban's ending to be against Bryce, protecting Lani and Akane, while Kiryu's ending is against Ebina, who has no personal connection to Kiryu and has an explicit family relation to Ichiban.
If they swapped these bosses at the end, it would have made so much more sense and meant for more impactful final boss fights in both cases.
I have a feeling the ending of the story was rushed. It felt like all of the narrative threads and character arcs were heading in a certain direction, only for it to go the opposite direction entirely.
Definitely agree with this. They built up the whole Lani-Haruka connection and implied that Kiryu was staying alive from the cancer because he was ensuring she was safe. And then he dgaf about her and goes and fights ebina
@@ryanp652 Yeah, there's a lot of really good "ideas" in the game like the Lani-Haruka connection, but they end up being like one small (but cool) cutscene and never thought about again.
They would've been better focusing on half the ideas but fleshing that half out more.
LETS GOO
Also someone may have commented this already but we never find out why the Daidoji was after Akane to begin with
Thats for yakuza 9 or possibly 10. Dont go on dropping major spoilers bruh 😡
@@KhaledSham shit you’re right about that, I sowwy 🥺 hopefully by yakuza 12 they revive Mine and make him a good guy
I can’t believe they put 4 main characters in one video THE SELFISH DEEEED
2:54:33 I'm gonna called it that Chitose becoming the CEO will be a good way to introduce new business management back in the LAD 9. Love that minigame
I like how Joongi says that he came to Hawaii without Seonhwees' approval in his personal quest.
But then in one of the street talks he says that he needs to buy souvenirs for her at her personal request.
As if different writers worked on these.
@AvengingFossil yep, but it is implied that he lied back then.
Was thinking about that and I figured that since nothing really gets by the Geomijul(especially Seonhee and Joongi) that she probably figured he went without permission, scolded him/forgave/understood why he did it and then just requested he get souvenirs while he was there. That's what I think anyway. Especially given that Seonhee decided to join Kiryu and be on the front lines, like he mentions in his drink links, he wanted to help in some way and feel useful to his friends.
@@TheGman4747 nah, she scolded him after the completion of his personal quest.
@user-ki8oc1zg7l Ah ok, my bad. Definitely agree that the writing is spotty at some points.
I'm shocked none of you brought up Kaoru during Bucket List section.
Anyone else get the glitch where Kiryu or Ichiban will just stand still for like 15 seconds when you have him attack and then after 15 seconds he teleports and stands still for another 15 seconds only to miss every time? Its happened to me like 10 times now
Me too. It has glytch many times, before i finished story.
@@ACreed96 glad I wasn't the only one lol
you guys referring to the "battle in chapter 12" and i just kept thinking of the narasaki one
I’ll tell you which one is it if you want
Spoiler:
Its the majima, saejima, and crybaby daigo fight

@@kang1983 fuck that guy lol
Based usami pfp btw
Finally the yakuza 4 of podcasts
29:28 don’t worry Leon, I hate him too (summoned 7 guys in kiryus dungeon)
How did y'all do it? The whole "four hours without a toilet break" thing 😂
2:12:03 Imagine if Ryuji is actually alive and RGG can retcon the reason Sayama left in Y3. She left Kiryu because she had to help Ryuji escape and stay hidden from Jingweon and Omi Alliance.
I need to know where I can get a Big Floppa t-shirt like this.
One of the bigger things for me is the lack of endgame content without the swell/new game plus. It's really grimy when I can't see an equivalent to something like the millennium tower, and you're only at level 60, it feels like it was designed to sell the big swell.
my headcanon is that after that secene the end where kirru askes chitose where she going she finds ejii beats the shit out of him and left in that building for a couple months
on topic of tarara while do think its funny it is overused like i can ichiban falling for it i can see kiryu be exposed to the world but iijmas get exposed not once but twice like they must sleeping with one eye open if at aall after all that why would guy even follow them like hello?
also go off gokudoni you tell em lol tho seriously i do agree alot with what they said
vey curious to this series is gonna go next
thank you fo r putting the effort for all of this together
1:09:36 Regardless of what the situation of Johnny & Associates (now called Smile-Up). RGG will 100% bring back Kimura Takuya to reprise his role as Yagami. If RGG was scared of their own reputation being dragged to the ground because of the association that Kimura is affiliated himself with they would've kept the beta model of Yagami or hired someone else.
It's just that in recent news Johnny & Associates has been popping back up because ex talents has started to speak up about it again in a bigger scale live on TV, thats why it's a talking point in this community now.
Ever since Kimura was signed on to Johnny & Associates he's always been the lead role for most of his film/TV roles anyways, so him being affiliated with that agency never affected him whatsoever.
I just hope Judgment 3 is a thing in RGG studios because it just feels right to have that series be a trilogy.
Aw hell naw all of you are here, now this is something I'll have to listen through all the way
more podcasts like this please, maybe more about possible side games?
My biggest gripe is with the job exp accessories. I can never find them in my inventory. Would love if you could specify item sets and swap between them. Grinding or battling sets, for instance.
we got all the bois
THE SELFISH DEEEEED
It's them!!! It's the Yakuza 4!
The only thing that bums me out about Infinite Wealth is that I was having a really bad bit of a mental health battle (Had to go on meds and take time off work) to the point where it was affecting me physically so there's a lot that I loved in the game but I didn't quite get to enjoy it on the level I wish I could have. I adored it as a whole tho.
When Funk Goes On played I sat up in my chair and looked at my brother (I had a quite a few people I love around me at the time when I was going through it) He thought something was wrong and I asked "Do you hear that?" and when he realized I was talking about the game he kinda laughed.
I really am fond of my time with IW despite the heart pain, headaches, shortness of breath and occasional blindness haha.
gonna tell my kids these are the yakuza 4 🔥🔥🔥
