Am I the only one who liked Hazel? Especially towards the end of the season. Cha-Cha was an annoying prick and Hazel did the right thing.
Yeah, he's pretty underrated. Despite his job, his heart was in the right place. He was one of the most stable characters in the show.
There's a theory going around that Cha-cha was in love with him. I find that kind of cute.

there were a lot of good things but music wasn't one tbh, it was so out of place most of the times and the choices were awful, and it was really in your face. The only good one was the radiohead song in episode 8, it was perfect

when it came to Vanyas concert I was like yall couldnt have just let allison handled it? When Vanya saw allison from the audience she smiled and was happy, she also originally wanted to invited her family to show her accomplishments too

I don’t think it woulda worked anyway because Vanya at this point believes that they all want her to be normal and without her powers. When she was in the vault, she couldn’t exactly hear Diego and Klaus standing up for her. And we have no idea if she saw what Allison was writing in her notepad to Luther. Assuming this is what happened, as far as she knows, they all agreed to have Luther knock her out and leave her in there, prompting her to “show them her true self.” Also, she has almost no soul in the finale and who said that smile was a happy smile ??? I saw it as a sinister smile and that scene gives me chills every single time cause it’s just SOO GOOD 🤩🤩🤯😄

Vanya, Five and Klaus have amazing performances. Vanya's performance is really subtle, especially when you look at her body language.

i know this was post a month ago lol but i think reginald (their adoptive father) wanted to adopt as many as possible. he would’ve liked to have all of them, but some parents probably didn’t want to sell their baby. he was only able to get 7 of them.
Would be very interesting if in future seasons they meet the others born on the same day as them.
I will asume in season 3 they will get to that point they realised diego's "ex" girlfriend had powers and born on the same day and at the end of season and there was a diffrent acedemy so Reginald tried to adopted all of them.

They don't, even source didn't really.. yet. There are other kids that have powers, that's it. But everything entirely focuses on the Umbrella Academy itself and since this is the first Arc the Apocalypse Suite, it will be focused mainly around that apocalypse they talk about.

Idk about anyone else but Luther really pissed me off throughout the episodes. :/. I loved Ben and klaus workin together! Favourite character by far is number 5 :)

Totally disagree. In the beginning, my favorite characters were Allison and Luther. They are the two who were the most rational and easiest to like. I did not like Klaus because he's a drug addict who screwed up his life and couldn't get his shit together, he always lets everyone down and he was annoying. (If you ever have to deal with a loved one who is a drug addict in real life, it will make you hate drug addicts everywhere, even the ones in the movies!) I didn't like Number Five because he was an arrogant prick. I didn't like Vanya because she was the most plain, ordinary, doormat you could ever be. I didn't like Diego because has an attitude and is an ass to everyone around him.
After I finished the series I still like Luther and Allison the most. I still don't like Diego because he's still a jerk who wants to fight everyone who disagrees with him. I like Number Five a little more after seeing what he's been through, and I like Klaus now because he went through some crazy stuff regarding time travel and it seemed like he was slowly starting to come around. Maybe he will kick all his bad lifestyle choices in season 2, that would be nice. I like Vanya because it is clearly explained why she was such a doormat in the beginning and she moves past this and proves she is anything but plain and "ordinary".

Can I just say, I watched through all of it (more than once) and now its my new obsession. There are a few things I'd like to say about it.
- The soundtrack is AMAZING I thought all of the songs fit perfectly
- The writing and the way they build up suspense and steaks is great and gives tension
- the characters and their interactions with the others are really well demonstrated
- the actor for number five is really amazing

Luther is a bad character though. People argue that Klaus caused a lot of trouble, but the only person that keeps saying he is a leader, and yet is not a team player, is Luther. Luther has a much larger ego compared to Diego, and never blamed himself after Vanya went crazy. Everybody disagreed except Luther, but Luther still followed his plan by putting Vanya in prison.

She's way too emotional, look at the other kids, she might have been ostracized but they were put through a rigorous routine of killing people since young, yet why aren't they playing up and destroying everything in their path? Luther did what he thought was best, that's why he didn't regret because, how would he have known? There was a fifty percent chance she could hurt the one he loves AGAIN. Or he could restrain her and she'll destroy the world. Like, who thinks that far? There's no way he could've known she was gonna destroy the world godamn. Well that's just how I see it.
The season finale makes no sense with season 1. 43 women gave birth. He adopted 7. Where are the other 37. They found one is season 2 with powers. There are the other 36? 🤔

honestly episode 8 got me feeling kinda bad for her kinda but like *shes the none jumping to conclusions and thinking leanord over here is the best thing to happen even tho hes emotionally abusive considering how he made her try practicing her powers and is overall creepy.*

It would have irritated me as a viewer to watch this sickening ‘romance’ progress, but I feel as if this would have been an interesting route for character development.
