      +braylinmakeupcosmetics you can ask a professional on this, and they'll say you cant. you can target specific muscle groups when doing strength training but you cant spot reduce fat.

    spreading wrong info here, you cant spot reduce fat. you lose fat all over your body whether you like it or not

      Helena Mary those exercises are muscle strethning exercises they are not going to burn that much fat as cardio they just shape your muscles

    if you do the first 6 excises every day for a week, will you Lose Weight fast?

      i recommend doing lots of cardio and drinking water. what i do is sprint some days. or if you don't like running, you can do burpees. just eat healthy. and it takes time to lose weight! so keep at it, and you're sure to see results.

      No, you won't. Also it is not healty lose weight fast. You could do the abs excercises 4-5 times a week and legs 2 other days resting at least 2 days between the legs workouts (squats, lunges, etc) ;) that will help a lot to burn fat because they are big muscles. Within a month (with good routines and a healthy diet) you will see amazing results ;)
