Great video once again. I absolutely laughed out loud when you showed the tube of adhesive. With a name like that it HAS to work!
I wish I was closer I would absolutely get the tool belt on to help you with your addition. However there is a large body of water between us.
I think I'm almost as excited as you are for your shop addition.
    Keep well!

Hi Ade, New subscriber to your channel. Have been watching your vids with much intrest - enjoying all - ( some twice ) . It's nice to see some great projects without a shop full of thousands of dollars of machines ( you can only use one at a time anyways ). By the way - a 30 to 40 min video is great! If some don't want to watch the whole thing that,s their loss. Nice work!!

Hey, I hear you bout life getting in the way - got a couple projects I wanted to use this summer but haven't even gotten them made yet, lol! As for shop layout, I'm impressed how well you have used cubic feet rather than square feet so far, it will be cool to see how you arrange everything once the shed has been lengthened. Boring bar holder looks pro now, and will be nice and rigid. As for the glue, you gotta admit, the marketing department knows how to get us to remember their product name, lol! Hope you're doing well.

    Ade,
Thanks for another interesting video. I am sure that many of us could learn something from seeing the planning and construction of your shed extension, so show us everything. I've just got a WM14 to go with my WM180, it is a nice machine for the money, but needs three people to lift it comfortably. I am fitting the M-DRO 3 axis kit which gives a lot more facilities than the Warco factory fit option, such as PCD measurement.

Hi Ade. Just a line to say that I've been getting on with making a solid compound for my Myford ML4. The cast iron was hacksawed out of an industrial weight. After getting near to shape using my Cowells Drill / Mill I was able yesterday to take it over to a mates who has a Bridgeport. Able to set the head angle to do the sloping sides. Used the same index bit multi to mill all the faces. Now the thing that was surprising was all the surfaces seemed a bit furry, but the base, same cutter and using WD40 was as smooth as marble. If you've room I can say the Bridgeport is some machine.

I have a tiny shed too and I worry more about the grinding dust from the bench grinder etc getting into the ways of the machines. I end up chucking old towels over them to protect them when not in use. So the mill/tiny lathe are in the CLEAN end of my shed :)

The original bit is a bit rubbish or garbage as they say over the pond , the extension will be solid and the opportunity for insulation will be there . fortunately we don't get stupidly hot or cold weather here so i will see how it go's , Cheers Ade.

Hi Ade. Re the new Mill. I've sent you a couple of emails, inc photos, regarding my thoughts and what I ended up doing, which was to get the WM14, without the little DRO fitted. I've also purchased a couple of glass scales and a 3 axis head, just in case I decide to add a slide to the head later.
    Did you get my emails?
The WM14 weighs 60kg, but thats still much to heavy for me to move. Going up a model, or so, to my prefered options, the MW16 or 18, increases the price and size size markedly and the weight increases to 113kg and 220kg respectively. I feel sure that for what I intend using the machine, the WM 14 will prove more than adequate.
    Cheers Noel

I don't recall you saying what size your shed is, so am unable to comment on the 1m extension. How much room do you have for the extension? I am with others, go for more space if possible/affordable. No one ever complained about too much space, but as work always expands to fill all the available space, more is better if possible,
Thanks for all the great videos, and I also vote for a show it all of the expansion
