When I saw the Vitamix in your kitchen, I thought you live somewhere in States. Not really eh! When you said Rosemary, parsley, oregano and so on I didn’t know that these herbs are available in India. Although I’m not from India, but I’ve some Indian friends. I learned lots of cooking from them. I baked few pumpkins during the Thanks Giving time and kept some pumpkin purée in the freezer. I’m going to make it tomorrow. We don’t have fresh pumpkins right now. So I ll get Chayote and rest of the veggies and make this soup. Tnx for sharing your recipe. This presentation is so beautiful. I eat only plant based food. How about A2 cow milk or Buffalo milk ? What do you suggest for palindromic rheumatism in women ?what Indian oils do you suggest for Indian cooking and inflammation too. Please suggest ?
