- Today I install the Armaspeed rock guards on my brand new 2023 Manual Toyota Supra! Check out these Armaspeed rock guards for the Toyota Supra! These are a great inexpensive upgrade for your Supra to protect the paint behind the wheels. The shape of the Supra lets a lot of rocks hit your paint and on my last Supra it felt like sand paper. Even with PPF. So these Armaspeed rock guards are meant to stop that. They look very neat and clean and you really don't know they are there.

Why drill holes in the front instead of removing the original push rivets?
That's exactly what I did. I had to drill out the original rivets. They don't just get removed

@@BrosFOURRSpeed I was just razzing u bro. I’m a professional master tech. W about 150k in snap on tools. I had to get u a bit. Don’t get to upset I was just razzing ya. Haha. But future reference a 10 mm wrench would help a lot in that job. Also a dumb. Turn the front tires and will give u a ton of room. Good luck and have fun w ur builds brother. 👍
@@russellyork9027 I did end up buying a mini socket set after this. At this point we had just bought our house and I was still working on buying tools. I have plenty now 👌🏻

Yall be careful with armaspeed in my experience I don’t reccomend it as mine comes loose every time and either mine was manufactured differently or I don’t know man but one hit and it comes loose they couldn’t make it a perfect fit which is dumb
If they are coming loose then your screws could just be stripped or not tight. Did you over tighten them?
@@BrosFOURRSpeed the filter doesnt fit theres always a gap no matter what i do do i just got a sillicone clamp and screwed it on and that fixed it
Did you have to make any modifications to make the rear guards fit? I know ZL1 has two different sets, one for 2019-2021, and 2022+ which are supposed to be a little different. I reached out to Armaspeed and they said these weren’t for 2022+.
Nope! These are direct fit. Aside from the front plastic rivets that aren't useable after drilling them out, its direct. If you wanted to go back to stock and remove these, you just need some new plastic rivets which are about $4 from the stock. We have these on our site for all A90 cars. Mine is a 2023 and they fit perfect

Not bad. But I should of had a small socket set. Would have been easier
