Eggless) Crispy coconut cookies│Brechel

Today’s baking is “Crispy coconut cookie” with lots of coconut powder.

Crispy coconut cookie (10 cookies)
Ingredient
75g Unsalted butter
45g Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
95g Cake flour
1.5g Baking powder
40g Coconut powder
0.5g Salt
10g Milk
Moderate amount of coconut powder
Preparation
1. Place unsalted butter at room temperature until it is soft and not cold.
2. Measure weak flour and baking powder together.
3. Place the milk at room temperature.
