Winning with Every Team - Around the Grid Challenge #1 - F1 Manager 2023

- With team switching a new challenge has opened up and that is to win with every team over the course of your career, that is exactly what this series hopes to achieve and we will be starting with the weakest team Alfa Romeo, and once we are crowned champions we will go on to the next weakest team we haven't played yet, and continue until we have won with all 10 teams. Hope you enjoy this journey and as I have a fairly similar series going at the same time we will be speedrunning the first season over these first two parts which will mainly focus on how you can be competitive within your first season with just a few upgrades and how you can create a fairly competitive car for season 2, hope you all enjoy!

I'm still getting the hang of development this year, good thing I use your guides which help me out.
Waited for this Series for some time now. Sadly after the regulation change 2026 it get‘s pretty easy to win with each team within 1 Season because the teams get so close together
I enjoy seeing the two separate saves, this seems like a great way to start fresh and really go for the full challenge from the beginning
Yeah, was basically how I felt aswell.
Excellent video. Great mix of car development and the most important moment of races.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed!
Thank you for this video it was excellent.
Was just wondering if we're going to be hiring drivers in season 2. This save could really randomise the teams if you are going to hire new drivers and staff as you switch teams
Glad you enjoyed, Bottas I will probably keep as he isn't bad pacewise, will probably replace Zhou, I am tempted to pick up drivers on 1 year contracts though troughout this save to keep it somewhat chaotic and I am also uncertain if I should just do no research in the "Winning" season in order to try and just win back to back to back with these teams.
Wow! Nice challenge
Time for a world tour! Have fun
I love this series!!! Though I think a better name could be around the grid. As a pun on around the world
Not a bad idea might steal it, in terms of f2/f3 drivers seing as this is going to be a fairly lenghty affair we will probably have some f2/f3 champs sooner or later :)
I am in Zandvoort and still stuck in Q3,balanced development didnt do me a favour + didnt do ANY researche whatsoever
Ooooooooh love this idea
Question: will the 1.7 sliders work for the researching car parts so you will be competitive for the next season?
Sliders are not working in 1.7 as they got reverted back to everything balanced. Doesn't matter where you place them for research.
Can I ask if there is a reason to dont add engineers to the designs you doing
the more days the project lasts the more expertise gain there is (expertise gain is daily)
@@organpuncher Yeah just as I typed it he explained it in the video lol................its why should comment at the end
@@DarryLips lol
Yeah, it is the most efficient money to expertise gain which also allows me to respond to issues (crashes) that would require funds.
NICE VIDEO,BUT U NEVER SEEM TO USE ALPINE IN ANY SAVES
I promise at one point we will end up in Alpine on this save.
Oi Nero!
Oi Lennert! I'm late!
Why didn’t you just move teams from your series? Why start another Alfa Romeo series.
read the title
I considered it but since the Alfa Romeo series already was it's own thing, and some people enjoy learning from these I thought I'd be able to make a new save and condense the first part into the first season I was wrong and will have to split season 1 in 2.
Basically just wanted them to be their own series, although converting Alfa Romeo could have worked.

is it like if i create a rear wing 10 times with every one is slighty adjusted to the right side is the overall performance increase or is like you only do 1 rear wing for the whole saeson? And do you just dont pick more enginers for the design part to get more know how? @NeroBax
You can make several rear wings, but you will be seing more gains from doing research for next season as you can also combat regulation changes, the gains will be fairly miniscule but the goal here is to create a winning car by the start of season 2.
The reason why I don't use more than 1 engineer is that expertise gain is calculated daily you can put more engineers on a project and finish it quicker for higher daily expertise gain, but less total unless you start another project. 1 Engineer guarantees maximum money to expertise efficiency.
