You know what would be cool A scenario where each street of Berlin is part of the map, each tank division would be like one tank (like you could have one tiger 2 holding the street while the Red Army advanced), each infantry divisor would be like a squad of soldiers, and you have to hold the city until Steiner Counter attacks
That’d take a ridiculous amount of work and be so resource hungry. It’s a cool idea but doesn’t make sense from a game design stance. Most of the game isn’t built around defending a small area like this.
@@bettiebundy It could be, but with that complexity of population and individual battles & relevant battle maps, you’d probably be dead before a modern computer could actually help you map out all the individual tiles and every battle going on in them. It’s unrealistic. It’s a nice dream but for now a dream is all it is. And all of us commenting will probably all be dead before something like this becomes a reality.

Can you do byzantine with Greece but use the historical "divisions" of that era? Like 1400 and stuff? Use artillery the same way siege weapons were used, light tanks as cataphracts and light cavalry as normal cavalry? As for airforce.. Do whatever, but on ships you can match them with ships of that age, so no submarines.
