I tried it for the first time this morning and my curls look the best they ever have. I spend a lot of time and money looking for the right products. I don't normally use gels but this one is different - no crunch and beautiful curls. Very pleased.

I've been using too heavy of products on my very wavy, frizzy, low porosity hair all these years. I'm about to switch it up and I'm excited. Just bought the Kinky Curly Detangler amongst other new products. I'm anxious to see if I get more curls. Please let me know what you think about the difference between this and the Kinky Curly line?

I'm not sure if you could tell a difference when you watched this video and the Kinky Curly one, but I think my curls looked a bit tighter when I used Kinky Curly's Knot Today conditioner along with their curling custard. People also seem to love Miss Jessie's Pillow Soft Curl Cream too though, which I'll have to try next! :)

Curly hair is it's own animal. I had wavy hair in my teens, kinky curly in 20s-40s, now in menopause, I have beachy waves. Hormones really change the curl! Adjusting for the new hair curls isn't easy.
Hiii I used your videos to curly hair style my hair for the first time. I'm 27 and have been straightening my long black hair since I was like 16. It used to be curly/wavy but it's definitely frizzy as heck from damage. I bought this my Jessie's soft curl cream and tried it out. I like it but I'm not a huge fan once it's dry bc all the shininess is gone. I tried adding shine oil. What can I had after the ms Jessie's for more of a wet look??
Too much protein for many years made my hair very very dry. I likewise never had to scrunch or even put curling products in to get my hair to curl. Also, since I started diffusing my hair is much frizzier.

do you diffuse with cool air or warm?
I usually use warm because my hair just takes so long to dry. But sometimes I’ll switch between the two.
do you have to diffuse your hair to dry it or can i just air dry it?
You can air dry! When I diffuse my hair I get more volume and the curls are a little tighter, so I usually do it that way!
