We used these at Adidas for all of our special embellishments and they’re great machines and work fantastic every time once you get the hang of them. They don’t get that hot unless you touch them directly and last awhile from what I’ve seen!
I hope you have better luck than I have with my Fusion IQ. Don’t get me wrong I love my press but have had numerous issues with it in the year and a half I have had it. Yes I bought it brand new not used!
I noticed that your heat press was a swing arm heat press is there enough room to actually use it on that small table not to mention the ink buckets being in the way

That heat press was a game changer for us. Zero regrets! One thing I would say is that I wouldn’t recommend the pre treater and the heat press that you cure your pre treat on near the texjet. It causes a few issues with the white ink when printing but we were in a smaller space than yours so you may be good! Just thought I’d give you a heads up

Hi Lee, We have the fusion I.Q here in warn, summery Point Cook, Australia and its really cool. the semi auto nature of this press has cut our production time significantly. Its expressive but worth every penny. We have it hooked up to an AEG 'stealth' compressor so even with the compressor running (which isnt often) is still pretty quiet. Lovin your new 'office'.

I'm mainly will be focusing on your dtf setup, embroidery machine, and now that fusion dual press. Make sure you are working the shit out of that dual press. I have a Stahl's hotronix heat press and it's been good to me. I need a dual setup
I have been trying to figure out if this press would be a good option for me. I do a lot of DTF transfers and I need to press it for 15 sec, peel, and 5 sec. Do you know if it could change the seconds automatically? or do you have to switch it in the screen back and fourth?
Yo Lee quick question: What size screens do you use or rather what is the max size print you offer? I had a couple jobs last week for some seam to seam back prints about 23" tall. I got some a2+ frames and had to diy a platen for that job and the screens were still to small. Im thinking I need to go a1 but I dont know if my press will hold frames that size. I really want to be able to offer jumbo prints - it gives us an advantage over the big players plus I really want to experiment with jumbo sizes for my own brand.
I haven't had that issue but I've heard of it happening. Now that I've been running this press for a few years I've noticed a lot of things with it that I don't like

It's definitely not a cheap setup, it's more for shops with higher volume output who have a bigger equipment budget. But if you have the work for it the pay off is huge. Thanks for the support dude!

What laser alignment system are you currently using that you like? i agree that the Stahls stand alone laser is garbage as i own one also.
This press has its own laser so I've been using that, even though it's still pretty bad

You can program it to do up to 4 different press times and pressures on each side for each preset. So you'll be able to do exactly what you need

I use 23"x310 screens now, but was on 22"x24" in my original shop

Have you ran into any issues where the press wont shuttle in one direction? Mine will shuttle right but wont engage when shuttling left
