There might be a secret second video at the end of this one...
EXCELLENT!!
Where do you get your music from? I’d like to add some to my videos. Thanks.
Oh, and I forgot about your massive vinyl cutter from summa, your roland print cut machine, and your embroidery machine... WOW. ....
Best dryer purchase I ever made got one back in April. Best decision I ever made for my shop
Hell ya they're great machines, nothing bad about them
so happy to watch this video.... its helpful. I am recently working in screen printing. Hopefully 10 years later I will have my own shop. 🙏
Aim higher man! Put in the work and make it happen
Yeah, my entire family worked in screen printing; I grew up in the print shops… unfortunately (here in KY at least), Screen Printers are drastically underpaid (especially considering the physicality and mental-toll this role can take on you)! Keep it up though; learn everything you can and run with it!!! 🙌
Machine shop wife here... That Kaiser! Both my husband AND I would be compelled to dry hump that compressor! It is a sexy beast! And unloading the conveyor dryer... Literally, ever piece of machinery in the machine shop has been unloaded and moved that way. Bullshit floor dollies and a jack. In our case, it was a floor jack for a car and some floor dollies. But kudos to you for accomplishing that without a backup spotter.
I was a bit worried doing it alone not gonna lie 😂
@@leestuart38 I feel ya. Hubby and I uncrated and moved a whole Rottler seat and guide machine with two furniture dollies made from sheet metal and welded on wheels; and a floor jack. Can you say $60,000 worth of frightening sketchy bullshit? I know you can. Then me trying to tell him that his dollies are NOT enough for this kind of job. They bowed like little bitches, but we got the job done and didn't break anything. Not the case with the top heavy valve refacer. We dropped the whole damn thing on top of my husband. It still has the gouges in the cast iron. So yeah, I felt for you in that video. I know the struggle. Anyway, happy new years bud. I hope you get some friends to help with everything else. Maybe bribe them with chicken wings and beer. Just sayin'.
I never admit it until now; I like working with my hands. Trying to solve or make a jig to fix or upgrade something to fit. When you have the tools it all becomes easy to assemble or dissemble ..Awsome Lee 🔥🔥🔥
I’ve never been so excited for someone I don’t know this much ever in my life.
Thanks a lot dude!
2022 expansion these videos help big time THANKS BRO keep on keeping on!
Hell yeah. Some bad ass investments into RL HQ. Can't wait to see all of these putting in the fucking work 💪🏼🤙🏼
Hail Santa 🤘🏻🎅🏼
Almost there! I'll be ready 🤘🏻
Hats off to you to do it all by yourself
We have small Screen Printing setup too & the work never ends
Love from India
Bought my first spot dryer from BBC in '81
Great Dryers.
Bro the bonus content with getting the dryer down......you're a friggin monster dude!! Hooray for physics!!! Awesome content as usual Lee!
By any means necessary 💪🏻. Thanks dude
Wow! What a helluva Christmas present!!! Yes!!! 😆🙌
Recieved our Aeolus in July. It's a beast! Best purchase!! We had the EXACT same challenges of getting it off the pallet as you man!!
I've yet to hear a bad thing about this dryer. Can't wait to use it!
Congrats, that's some piece of addition to your workflow
Thanks! Stoked to try it out, super impressed with the build quality
It's so crarzy rewarding seeing you installing stuff, prepping the shop, getting totally excited :-) Wished to be a part of this journey, great shit dude! Happy last bits 0f 2021 from Switzerland.
Thanks a lot!
Congrats. Pumped to see what you guys are able to recreate with all this top end equipment. Gonna be great
Can't wait to finally be up and running 🤘🏻
that conveyor dry looks so beautifull. Its interesting to see how you finesse getting the dryer off the pallet without any help whatsoever. It was good to see those electricians in there giving you a helping hand with at least something lol
I'd probably do that stuff myself too if I knew I wouldn't burn the place down 😂
Thats dryer looks aerodynamic man! Thanks Lee, another great post!
It's basically a space ship 🚀
Nice this is the dream dryer, ima work up to the bbc forced air unit next then after I want to try to get this bad boy
I've been wanting this thing since I started, stoked to finally have it
Hey brother I have been your subscriber for long time just want to thank you❤ you inspire alot i do have my own company one day will make my shop like yours thank you so much much love . Keep posting videos .
That's amazing to hear, thanks so much 👊🏻
Damn that pallet jack coming in clutch.
Seriously! One of the best things I've bought in a long time, it's already done so much here
Major goals !!! I’m still working on getting my first heat press 😂😂
This whole operation started with just one heat press in a bedroom 4 years ago. Make it happen 🤘🏻
Still cant get over that all black house. #bucketlist
Make sure you keep up on all the maintenance with screw compressors.
Maintenance is not at all like the piston style compressors.
That dryer looks so nice. The thing looks like a mini space ship....lol
Haha I said the same thing!
that is sweet! cant wait for the second secret video lol
Good shit man, inspiring to see you make these huge steps!👊🏾
Thanks dude, gonna be a huge change when everything is all done
Link to the solid state converter, i just did the same remodel but with a 30HP rotary. Great Job!
I love the ending @17:18 LMAO!! 🤣
“And that’s how ya do that… Ugh”!
Glad you were able to free up that beast… secretly wondering how long that took from start to finish. Good plan execution tho. With only minimal scurrying to the epoxy. 😬 OOF! 🙄
You are still our hero.
Yea yea kaeser’s are dope we have two in the shop… but that carnifex hoodie thoooooooo lol
When I saw them release this one I had to have it, I love skeletor 😂
YOU ARE A BEAST i love your energy man, inspires me
Thanks man, cool to hear it 🤘🏻
big fan of your videos.
I appreciate you!
Hell yea, Lee! Its all coming together!! I'm thinking you should end every video now like you did this one (17:21) hahaha
I've got a mean air thrust 😂
Imagine not having that pallet jack. Omg, how do people move stuff like that. I know I just watched it but like... That was a plan on the fly, how do prepared people move them lol.
Wow that is sick bro!
Keep it coming man I enjoy the unboxing videos 👍
Hell ya, I've got a few more really cool pieces to unbox yet 🤘🏻
Good choice for compressor brand. 😜👍 Deutsche wertarbeit!
Pumped to use the best!
LMAO. Leading off with a hug and dry hump… 😂
Love you just being genuine.
Keep up the amazing content, keep your head up, and keep fighting the good fight.
I told everyone on Instagram that I was gonna dry hump this thing and nobody took me seriously. Well here it is 😂
That was hilarious!!! 😂
You f$%K'ing rock Bro... Congrats!!
Thanks man!
Man, that thing looks so beautiful that if a bit of ink touch it, I would be like the crazy cleaning lady getting that ink out.
I'm definitely worried about ruining that nice white finish 😂
That's nice and all, but what about that 2nd Black Dahlia hoodie. I neeeeed it.
My favorite one 😎
That dryer looks insane. The exit belt looks really short though. I'd be interested in your feedback on the cooldown with such a short exit.
Also interested in how many Black Dahlia Murder hoodies you have 🤘🤘🤘
There is a 2 foot extension for it but I wanted to try without for now since I'm short on space. I think it's going to come down to really dialing in the heat
so i can know ballpark what i’m looking at. how much did all of your equipment in your shop cost?
Bravo
What model and MFR phase converter did you purchase? Shop is looking great!!!
I forget the exact model name but this one is from Phase Technologies
Bad ass video!
Heck yaaa. Like they say go big or go home
I definitely don't do anything small if I can help it 😂
Do you still have your Roland printer not seen you use that for ages
Yup. Had a video all about it 2 months ago
Do you have a link for the compressor and convertor?
I don't sorry
Looks like you need a toe jack and some rigging skates
Hey guys I’m new to screen printing, I tried my first shirts and well the white ink on black tees is the hardest and I don’t have crazy money so I use a heat gun to cure the ink, it felt crusty and bad. Any tips peeps would be very appreciated
A heat press would be your next step up to cure them if your working on a tight budget. But if you wanna stick with the heat gun you might need to dial in your heat and time a bit, sounds like you may have overcooked it. But with that being said it could have just been the ink you used, some lower quality stuff feels that way no matter what you do
@@leestuart38 bro thanks so much for tip!
Only 700 more followers! I look forward to sundays now since youve been posting consistantly!
630 more! Been chasing that silver play button for a long time!
So fucking awesome that was intuitively done bro your hella smart. Most of us would have drop it or given up easily
I was definitely nervous but it had to get done. Just happy I didn't get crushed under it 😂
@@leestuart38 I can wait till you print new shit
Yeeeah... Carnifex!!
🤘🏻🤘🏻
Merry Xmas muah fukas!
Told you that BBC crate was gonna be at least a couple hundred worth of quality lumber salvage when you take it apart 😂😂😂 I still have my stack here waiting for the next project lol
I'm about to have the hugest bonfire with all of these crates
@@leestuart38 sweet, hey with that Kaeser 7.5, you're getting 28cfm@125psi 60gal chilled on 3ph, I'm seeing roughly 10K a unit shipped where I'm at in the states. I know you said the current Roq is a temp until a bigger unit is ready for delivery. Is it possible that 7.5 could push 2 larger ones if you wanted to add one later? 🤔 Looking at the Roq's lower cfm numbers (top down, alum hcomb, leaner station arms❤️) it looks super possible and a hellified savings over a 15+hp rotary. Are you looking at a CFM surplus on paper right now?
I do have a big surplus with the current press but definitely not gonna run 2 presses on this size of a compressor, at least not in the Roq range. This will be a solid compressor for the next press that comes in though
@@leestuart38 thanks, still for 1 press, that Kaeser is an awesome fit. I come from a similar background with 80's and 90's Craftsman 220V 2 stage compressors pushing rivet guns and aluminum shears slapping through the wall kicking on and off all night as a kid lol, yeah rotary screw with cool dry air is a luxury no matter how far I go in life lol❤️ Good stuff man💯
Airscrew compressors are designed to run continuously. Oversizing is actually a bad thing, as it causes it to turn on/off regularly, which is bad for them.
Incorrect. They can run under continuous load which is why they're so bad ass, but aren't required to. Otherwise they wouldn't use tanks
@@leestuart38 That's exactly what I said, did you misread it?
Lol what? It isn't my reading comprehension that should be in question here so I'll say it again slowly for you...YOUR. COMMENT. IS. WRONG.
@@leestuart38 I literally said the exact same thing you said, and my comment is wrong? You ok buddy? Having a bad day?
You clearly have the IQ of a mashed potato if you think anything about that is the same. Bye 👋🏻
I’ve heard kaeser has killer service in Canada.
Their dealer here was so great to work with, I'm glad to give them the business. Having a service tech within 20 mins of me at all times is probably going to come in handy
How many amps is your shop? I assume it is ran off a sub-panel from your house.
It has its own separate 600 amp service
@@leestuart38 Nice! I am in the process of upgrading to 400A. All the government red tape takes forever.
I plan on moving sometime "soon", now I know to plan well in advance.
I guess you should've had a forklift underneath another blanket hehe. You should your shop get protected (read: your videos sponsored) by SimpliSafe or something :)
I've got a pretty extensive security setup 👮🏻♂️
@@leestuart38 I don't doubt that for a second! 👊🏻
hehe... nice 😎
I’m so over RUclips not telling me you have uploaded !! 🤬
Maybe try turning off the notifications and then back on again. They changed the way that works without telling anyone
Yeah, them cat hairs.
I know that feel.
That's never a good word to hear when working with any type of power tool. "Whoops!" Lol
your going to need to hire sum help to run all that new gear :)
I plan on it 👍🏻
I’m late😩
Yup, you are a millionaire. You have so much stuff... are you sure you will be able to get all of that stuff in your shop? Heat press, automatic screen press, conveyor dryer, dtg machine, pre treater... wow... I'm getting bone thugs n harmony vibes watching yo videos.... "gotta make that money man, it's still the same, steady running them thangs wilddddd"
Definitely not a millionaire, far from it lol. I'm always pretty open in telling everyone when things are sponsored like this stuff was
100% of dryers end up with a bent peg leg.
Do that hhhhhhh
FTW. .
Weeeelll fuk, now it’s obvious what it was. I feel like a dumbshit for not guessing given the other toys.
I can't believe nobody got it 😂
I never heard so much cursing in a RUclips video. Please consider doing less. Thank You.
Fuck that
If you don’t like it, don’t watch it.
