Jackson JS22-7 string with 26.5" Scale neck will play this nice for 250-300$ . Great guitar for beginners or broke people and its a nice guitar to upgrade one part at a time when you get more money.
I'm learning this too, I used to have a Jackson 7 but it was in my car when it got repoed and they wouldn't let me go grab it even though it was in the case in my front passenger seat, so I too am having to learn it on a 6 string, but I have a line 6 pod go pedal board and it let's me add pitch adjustments so I can play in any tuning without having to physically tune the guitar
I feel like Gojira and Fit For an Autopsy recorded their new stuff next door to each other.... it's different but very similar somehow. This has a Trails or Hold On vibe to it. Very earthy.

Awesome dude! Solar guitars are solid, for about 700€ (don't know in $) you can get a guitar up to the level of major guitar brands. And If you like headless you should check GOC guitars too 😉
I was trying to learn this when I found this video. The part that follows the main riff at the 12,14,15,17 frets (according to tabs) is throwing me off, and hard to tell what you're hitting cause so damn fast😂. Any tips you can share?
Hahaha use those hammer-ons ans pull-offs wisely. I play: 0(pick), 14(h), 15(h), 17(pick), 15(pick), 14(pull-off), 0(pick), and so on. I'm sure you'll get it eventually buddy!

I guess one thing you have that is better than mine and the bands guitars is the scale length on your solar is longer and better suited for the music than mine and the bands 25.5" Ibanez scale. I feel the strings are too sloppy on the shorter Ibanez scale lenght. I believe that Solars seven strings start at 26.5 scale length which make the strings more firm and fast.
