Behind the Scenes: What it’s like to compete at IBJJF London Open (plus full matches gi and no-gi)

I flew to London again to compete at the IBJJF London Open! In this video, you’ll get a peek into the both days of competing, both gi and no-gi, from waking up and getting to the venue, to the matches themselves, the podium, and the food afterwards. This is what a typical competition weekend looks like as a full-time traveling Jiu Jitsu athlete and competitor, following the IBJJF circuit.
My training partner Penny and I are in Europe for a month for a competition tour, with our main focus being the no-gi European Championship in Rome next week, with a stop in London before, and then Lisbon afterwards.
