2023 IBJJF no-gi Pans finals - Joshua Beam x Edward Theilig (blue belt / master 1 / feather)

Full match from my win at the 2023 IBJJF no-gi Pan-American Championship in Fort Worth, Texas on September 29th, 2023.
In this match, I go up against Edward (Eddie) Robert Theilig in the finals, where I’m able to secure a 3-2 victory after scoring a pass mid-match via a body lock. Eddie threatened a straight ankle lock, but we ended up out of bounds as I rolled to defend it, giving him 2 points.
This is the blue belt / master 1 / featherweight division. Originally a 4-man bracket, my first opponent was disqualified for no-show. As a result, I only had to compete in the finals for the gold medal.
