I was in drama in high school and there was this kid who would actually do a pretty decent joker impersonation. But he only did it among friends and only when we asked. He never forced it on anyone. This is just uncomfortable.

People who actually have talent don't need to prove themselves to random strangers. In fact, some are actually annoyed when you ask them to do what they are good at because they do it so much.
This is how I am with my Joker voice. I have to very comfortable with them to even do it.
Same goes for my Gollum impression. If I talked like that out of the blue, people would think I was dropped on the head as a baby.
