As a saffa, Ardie always gives his all, his a great player, remember this lose isn't the end of the world, once the coach gets the team to gel the wins will come, remember NZ when their attack is working no one can beat them on the day, Razor must just get his team to believe, like I said big springbok fan but really have respect for the All Blacks, will always be one of the greatest countries to have innovated the game of rugby, just one thing thou the panel of the break down show needs to be more realistic on their takes

Let's not panic just yet. The boks lost to the Pumas at home several years ago, (Juan Imhoff scored a hattrick that day) and came back strong, eventually winning two world cups back to back. You learn more from your losses than your wins. Argentina are an elite side now. They're not the easy beats of years past. Razor's Crusaders lost to the Drua last year and still went on to win the title. We will be back.

No shame in losing to this side! They were at a higher state of preparation with a lot more games under their belts!

Sir, in my opinion things are a bit different. How many New Zealand ex All Blacks players have migrated for better financial contracts than in New Zealand in the last 15 years, how many iconic players have "retired" in the last year and how many of those at the peak of their careers have retired from the All team Blacks to play abroad for more money?
What was the basis for the selection of players for the All Blacks team 5, 10, 15 years ago and what is it now?
This is about the mismanagement of the NZRU.

Jordan on the right wing, that's where he's always been at his best. Move Jordie to Fullback, Beauden to 10, DMac to the bench for now. Run with ALB and Proctor in the midfield with Reiko covering the midfield and wing off the bench, bring Clarke in, promote Ratima and Hotham to our top two halfbacks and that would be the backline sorted for the mean time.

So on one hand you need the Aussies for Super rugby then on the other hand you complain about the quality of Super rugby. You lost to a better team, stop looking for excuses outside of your own players. If the All Blacks would have won, Robertson would be labelled a super-coach, and every current All Black a class act Super player.

As an ABs fan, ARG were great. They brought the same speed, ferocity, and precision that many of the teams that have beaten the ABs bring. They took their chances, even as much as they were penalized (IMO for positive play rather than cynical).
The ABs weren't bad per se, but there were some costly handling errors, like those two crap passes that led to Creevy's try. They don't seem to have gelled yet as a team and looked like a bunch of (good) players doing their own thing at times. It's only 4 games in, but they need to find some cohesion and get rid of the errors asap. If they keep playing like this, I can easily see them coming in last in the championship. AUS and SA are probably licking their lips rn.

I think Razor has a long term plan and I think the reason SA is looking so good is because of their investment in bringing new talent through has been in motion for years. Im hopeful Razor will continue giving new players game time and start to invest in new talent, there may be some highs and lows in coming years but I think Razor can build new strength and foundations.
We are so hard on our players and coaches - SA has been doing it right.
In the end Fossie seemed to me to be relying on mature key players to hold our whole team together with new guys not being ready or experienced enough during his term. Yet I also thought he cop'd it too hard from NZ, we still got to the RWC final and it was a close game.
Razor I hope seems to be building new talent while keeping experienced guys in at the right time.
I see a new energised AB team in coming years but don't expect it overnight.
    Have patience and be kind.
    Kia kaha

From the outside looking in, i think due to the weight of history anything other than dominance is unacceptable to some kiwi fans. But they need to realise fozzy wasnt the worst coach in the world. Razor is a great coach and abs will return to the top table. But the world has caught up. You are not going to dominate all the time for a whole decade again. But you will be a dominant team.

I personally thought argies were putting 2 players tryin to steel and the ref allowed that. So, a few times a ruck was already formed. So, what they were doing was illegal, and even if we still managed to get the ball back it was slow. We lost in the physical battle. Didn't notice tupou vaii much during the game. Probably just pushing, but we have to win the hit and clean out, and argies bet us there.

In an effort to engage etc I think we must remember the pitfalls of "talking ourselves up" before accomplishments. Connor MacGregor & Khabib Namagmadov - great examples.
Anyone with a bit of experience and age knows, all the power can come out of our mouth before a fight or game or whatever the case maybe. And a Rugby team and Coach are no different.
Talk about it when we've done it, is best. We never saw Sir Colin Meads, Sir Wayne Shelford, (there's a long, long list) on doco's before they had Cups in the cabinet. I think the media or whoever is responsible needs to back off a bit and we need to get back to our humble old ways, positivity with a fresh understanding of why that is the best way to behave!!

Not sure what the final stats were but it looked to me like we were beaten in every department with the exception of the first half penalty count.
Several things that stood out for me:
    1) helter skelter and insisting with it. Thats coaching and leadership or lack of it. Seems obvious to me that there are times in the game where we need to just slow it down and play the percentages and territory better and build the pressure.
    2) our forwards on phase play look so flat footed. Too often do they catch the ball well behind the gain line and not make any ground and when we go wide we have lost 10 or 15 metres.
    3) lineout whilst ok for the majority of the game turned to rubbish in the last quarter when it most mattered.
    4) argentina put huge pressure on us at kickoffs straight after we had scored and that led to mistakes gifting them the ball back in good attacking position.
    5) light years difference in the kicking and chase game. Our kicks were either too far or had no meaningfull chase like in the previous 3 tests for the year.
    6) no short kicking game with the exception of the first try.
    7) ALB looked very good but Jordie probably had one of hist worst games in the black jersey.
Pretty big wake up call and the argies will be fizzing after this and you wouldnt put it past them repeating it again next week.

I blame the silly game of "hot potato" known as Super Rugby where the ball is thrown backwards, forwards and sideways in a manic attempt to create an opening. In this crazy game, the emphasis is on mobility and "skill sets" (barf!) but this doesn't work at international level.
You need muscle! What is needed are forwards who can move opposition players out of the way, both at the breakdown and in the open when it is necessary to get over the advantage line. NZ locks and loose forwards look like boys.

      Embarrassing for wallabies

The biggest problem is that there are more and more sides who can defend what the all blacks throw at them quite comfortably. The back line play is quite predictable. One thing that does seem to work well for the all blacks in terms of breaking the line is the second runner cutting back. If it’s well timed they break the line regularly. Runners changing direction at pace. Maybe I’m missing something. I’m obviously not an all black coach.

A couple of lucky moments keep them in it and eventually get them the win. Dont get me wrong, good win and well planned, but it took a pretty poor effort from the ABs, and as i say on top of well planning, a couple of lucky moments to beat them. Not our best 23 and we also paid for that. It happens. Big deal, you dont see the Springboks giving two shits losing to Ireland, they bounced straight back against Aussie. Margins are small at international level and the Argies are no mugs. Those who say anything else are no clue numpties. We aint losing at Eden Park next week and none of the critics will praise them next week when they win. So there's that.

ABs generally don't like playing under pressure, but this was pretty messy from them.

Lost the battle on territory and possession. Panicked, made poor decisions, and then mistakes. ARG never stopped putting pressure on, and capitalized in every area.
Back to basics for the boys with a clear Structure and rock solid defense. No flashy stuff and we will be a different team.
Definitely need to kick for field position like the SA no. 10 and use our line outs to retain ball and basics to finish.
    10 cents complete....

Some of the players let them down again and the defence was shocking and some areas but he needs to take it on the chin learn from it and see what he can do next or how he can bounce back
